Lovely ranch home that is well maintained by owners. Warm and charming decor throughout. .2 miles to Raycroft Beach. Hardwood floors in living room and bedrooms. Enjoy the paper and morning coffee on the three season porch / sun room that is directly off of the eat in kitchen. Totally fenced in rear yard with deck, patio and a shaded sitting area. Home offers central air conditioning, a microwave, toaster oven, Wifi, cable and a flat screen TV. A patio table with umbrella, gas grill and chaise lounges are also provided.
Special Note: This home has a stand up shower only. No bathtub
Close distance to the Pelham house for wonderful dining, stop by Wolfies for your breakfast and coffee needs, or Cleat and Anchor for delicious BBQ. Bandera's market is just minutes from the house, which arguably has the best sandwiches in the state of Massachusetts.
