Quiet, detached 22m2 studio on garden level!

THE STUDETTE 22m2:
- Night side: a single bed (if you are alone), convertible into 2 seats (comfort mattress +) (PS: we only provide sheets for long stays - available duvet and pillow) / wifi and television
- Kitchen side: fridge, microwave, hotplates, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, tables and stools
- Hygiene side: bathroom, with shower, toilet and storage
- Wardrobe area: wardrobe, shelves, iron and ironing board
The studio which has its own entrance, gives directly on the large vegetable garden where you can eat (barbecue available) and relax. The river for dipping is 2 minutes walk! Shops 5 minutes walk!

You will find in the studette a list of the sites to be visited within 1 hour of car, a list of excursions and other guides, if it rains do not hesitate to ask us for games of society;)

SOME RULES TO BE ACCEPTED BEFORE YOUR BOOKING
1 / HOURS: The arrival and departure times are based on our working hours, and other reservations. They will be fixed during our mail exchanges. No worries ! In both cases, we will fix them during our mail exchanges, so no worries!
2 / HOUSEHOLD / Cleaning is your responsibility. Please keep the place clean as you found it and return it clean too. Products are at your disposal. If you do not want to clean your departure, you will be asked 60 euros for the maintenance lady.
3 / LINEN: The washing machine and dryer line are accessible for 5 euros per machine.
4 / DEGRADATION: any broken object or tableware, damaged wall furniture will have to be replaced or compensated./ It is forbidden to move the furniture (it looks stupid, but we have known: /) The accommodation is not suitable for people with disabilities or with disabling conditions.
5 / ZENITUDE: Please do not put the music to the heart, not to invite people without our permission ... it's not a prison, but the purpose of living here is also to rest and live in peace ...: )
