Lovely well maintained home with 100 feet of prime Okanagan lake front. A great location - relatively close to town, close to the Pub, a short walk to Paddlewheel Park and the Yacht Club. Maturely landscaped and with a beautiful fully fenced back yard. Home has had many recent upgrades and shows well. All on one level, easy access for those with mobility issues. Huge outdoor area for the kids. Well behaved pets considered.

Lisa and Gord are currently local realtors with RE/MAX Vernon, Lisa since 1993 and Gord since 2005. Previously Gord worked with RE/MAX in Calgary, AB before moving to the sunny Okanagan. What makes this property unique
The best part about this property is the yard, the beach and the location. The yard is huge with lovely mature trees that provide shade in those late afternoon summer days. The beach is fabulous with nice clear water and solid ground (not silty). The location is not too far from downtown, close to the beach, a corner store, the Yacht Club, marina and Paddlewheel Park. A short drive to Ellison Provincial Park and Predator Ridge Golf (or the Rise Golf).
