Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il est conforme à la description et bien équipé. La terrasse et le jardin sont très appréciables et nous en avons bien profité. L'accès à la piscine est un véritable plus comme toujours dans cette résidence que nous connaissons très bien depuis longtemps. La situation de la location permet de se rendre à pied à La Flotte par le bord de mer et les pistes cyclables sont accessibles juste en sortant. Le système d'accueil est parfait. Merci à Christine et Gabrielle pour l'accueil et le départ. Comme toujours départ à regret mais en espérant revenir très vite.

Belle maison dans une belle résidence extrêmement bien entretenue. La maison est très bien équipée, rien ne manque. Magnifique piscine chauffée à partager. Tout est parfait, je vous recommande cette location.

Ré plage au coeur de la Flotte

Nous avons passé un super séjour, au cœur de la Flotte (localisation idéale) en profitant de tous les aspects de l'île (vélo, baignades accessibles en vélo avec jeune enfant, (Bois Plage, la Flotte..) balades sentier du littoral et marché estival... à quelques minutes de la maison, sans oublier la piscine (très agréable). L'annonce est conforme à la réalité. Nous recommandons sans hésitation ! Une mention spéciale également à Christine et Cathy de la conciergerie, pour leur efficacité et leur accueil qui ont contribué à la réussite du séjour.

bon sejour

Bon séjour ds cette location .emplacement ideal pour aller au centre ville de la flotte à pied ou à velo. La maisonnette est bien equipee et convient parfaitement à une famille avec 2 enfants.,max 3.un peu petit pour 6 personnes. Piscine de 25m , tres appreciable . Un plus pour cette location

Une endroit parfait pour une séjour avec des enfants

Logement pratique et très bien placé pour les balades de fin d’après midi sur le front de mer et le port. Charlotte a su nous accueillir chaleureusement et a remédié rapidement à des petits soucis à l’arrivée. Piscine très grande et à 28 degrés quand la température extérieure était à 36 ! Parfait !

Maison très bien située, Calme et tranquillité

Maison très bien située à proximité du centre de La Flotte. Tout est faisable à pied ! le port, le marché, les commerces. Décoration chaleureuse ; rien ne manque au niveau équipement (2 réfrigérateurs, literie bien confortable, barbecue électrique de qualité, jolies et confortables meubles de jardin, etc. …) ; haut débit pour le wifi compris dans la location. Nous avons apprécié l’accès direct au jardin clos de hauts murs pour entreposer nos vélos, ainsi que le parking pour nos deux véhicules juste devant la résidence. Calme et tranquillité dans la résidence ainsi que dans l’enceinte de la piscine. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Basic with safety hazard

The house was clean and comfortable but had some drawbacks in layout and would not pass safety checks for rental properties in the UK. The main problem is the kitchen which was dangerous. It has a hob, a sink and a draining board without any work surface. We had to use the kettle and toaster on the draining board, which would be an electrical hazard if wet. When we left dishes and food packaging on the hob, we had to take care that the rings were not hot so as not to cause a fire. This is an accident waiting to happen and must be corrected. The kitchen could be larger if the toilet were moved to the empty corridor by the front door and the kitchen were moved back into the toilet space. Otherwise it needs at least a folding work surface next to the shelves. There is no toilet in the upstairs bathroom which meant going downstairs in the night to use the toilet. There would be enough room for a toilet upstairs if the bath were replaced with a shower. The flat was in good repair but the development looks a bit run down and needs a coat of paint. The swimming pool is great but is overshadowed by the building site and large cranes next door. The house is in a good location and we enjoyed ile de re very much.

Très bel appartement, bien équipé.

Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la jolie piscine car même chauffée (à 24°, trop froid !) la T° extérieur était trop basse (même fin juillet). La résidence est très calme et l'appartement joliment décoré et confortable. Un bémol pour le stationnement : il faut parfois s'armer de patience pour pouvoir trouver une place pour se garer.

I don't want to tell anyone how much we enjoyed ourselves - wanted to keep it a secret!

Super location for all of us, excellent help from Emmanuel & Isobel the whole way through the process and we were blessed with super sunshine all week long. The property was very well equipped and also very well located near pool and town. It was peaceful when we were there and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back again - shame to share the secret!!
