Wonderful stay!

We were totally pleased with our stay in Fonda and Steve’s rental apartment. All the little extras were so appreciated on top of the great amenities that were provided…a comfortable chair as well as a couch, a full-sized refrigerator, everything needed to prepare a small meal, comfortable queen bed, sweet outdoor lounging space, etc. This is an apartment above garages, so expect stairs but they have handrails! Very easy check-in and prompt responses from Fonda for any questions. PS. The START button on microwave is the ‘+ 30sec’ button!😁

Lovely and cozy apt

This is such a precious gem, supplied with necessities for your stay. It was decorated beautifully and impeccably clean! The hosts, Fonda and Steve are incredibly hospitable and so generous. I would highly recommend this sweet apt to anyone wanting to explore St. Petersburg and surrounding areas.

Fabulous Stay!

We had a fabulous time in this apartment! It looks small in the photo but was very comfortable with two people. It's well laid out, very clean, nicely decorated, and has everything a traveler could need. Location is perfect and an easy drive, walk or bike ride to downtown or to the beach. This place is a gem and we can't wait to go back!

WOW!!!!!

This property is amazing! The owners have absolutely thought of and provided ALL the comforts of home in this charming apartment. It is more than pictured and described on line. Comfortable bed, plush linens, lots of amenities you’ll never find in a hotel room. You will LOVE this place.
