This spacious two-story home (approximately 1,800 sq. ft., not including the garage) offers the comfort and convenience you need for a memorable getaway. Unlike a condo, this townhouse has no neighbors above or below, ensuring a peaceful stay. Best of all, you can drive right in and unload without navigating stairs—making your arrival stress-free.

Located on a quiet road that dead-ends at Chair 8, this home is just a short, easy walk to the ski lifts. On snowy days, you can even ski home with a short trek up the street. Both mountains—Navajo and Giant Steps—are now connected, offering seamless access to all the slopes. For beginners, Navajo features a dedicated learning area, an excellent children’s ski school, and reliable childcare options for younger guests. Don’t miss the resort’s thrilling snow tubing hill, a favorite for all ages. Nearby, you’ll find convenient locations for snowmobile rentals and ski or snowboard gear.

In the summer and fall, Brian Head transforms into an outdoor enthusiast’s paradise. Explore breathtaking hiking trails at Cedar Breaks National Monument (just a 15-minute drive away), Zion National Park, including Kolob Canyon (1.5 hours), or Bryce Canyon National Park (1.5 hours). Huge Disappointment

We checked in to a filthy house. Dirty carpets, hairs in bathrooms/showers, used q-tip on master floor, dirty microwave, trash in garage, used soda cans left in cabinets, food on cook top. This was not cleaned. Unit is very dirty. You can only take one shower at a time which is difficult for a family of 6 staying. I emailed, texted and phone multiple times with photos, Only to get directed to a call center or to be told that I would hear back shortly. It’s been 48 hours since we check out…. I would not rent this condo or any other property from Family Time Vacation Rentals.

Very Nice

The location was great. We had only a short walk to chairs 2 and 8, and could come back for lunch. The condo was perfect - very nice layout. We appreciated being able to use the extra gear available in the garage. We had a great time. Definitely, we'll be back.

Wonderful weekend

Everything was as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked and extras were even added. There was plenty of space for privacy and company. This is among the top two VRBO‘s that we have stayed in and we have stayed in plenty. We really felt relaxed and everything was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable, and the barbecue was functional.We will definitely recommend this to any of our friends and if we go to Brianhead again We would most definitely stay here. Thanks for everything.
