Pay parking is in front of the house. 2 rooms with balcony South facing terrace. The building is of standing with a caretaker, an intercom and a code. The apartment is very quiet. Bus 31 is in front of the building. The Wagram subway is 5 minutes walk. The street is shopping and a grocery store is 100 meters from the entrance.

Great Neighborhood; Very Convenient

The property was located in a very safe and wonderful part of Paris. It was only a 5-10 minute walk away from a street filled with cute shops and restaurants. The property is nice and big and very quiet. Lisa was super friendly and very helpful our entire stay! Thanks very much and hope to see you soon.

The owner is very sweet, kind, and helpful. She gave us so many details about where to eat and places to visit. The place is at a very nice location with a bus stop just in front of the building and the metro within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is equipped with all the necessities. Will definitely consider booking again.

Logement calme et bien situé, idéal en famille

Proche du métro et de l arc de triomphe, ce logement a répondu à toutes nos attentes : 3 couchages et une salle de bains qui fonctionne très bien. Une propriétaire accessible, arrangeante et bienveillante. Un séjour dans le centre de Paris pour la première fois et c'est très agréable.

Hôte très accueillante

Un accueil très chaleureux par téléphone. Je n'ai pu rencontrer Lisa mais elle s est souciée du bon déroulement de notre séjour en nous envoyant des mails, j'ai apprécié. Pas de bruit, appartement calme, fonctionnel et proche de l arc de triomphe. Le jour où je reviendrai sur Paris je demanderai à nouveau cette location.

Great location

This flat is well situated and linens etc were clean with a nice welcome pack. It did need dusting and a thorough clean. The owner was very helpful,friendly and accommodating.
