Ideal house for getting together with family, enjoy the superb sea and hill views, large living rooms and the renovated swimming pool area.
Very well equipped for teleworking or business seminars

Large open kitchen for cooking together, dining room, fireplace area and living room with TV area are all convivial places to get together or isolate yourself. Enjoy the terraces for lunch or enjoy the panoramic view of the hills and sea views.
7 bedrooms including 3 air-conditioned and 3 bathrooms.

Upstairs, the old materials, wooden doors, parquet floors, mosaics, add a lot of charm.
- a master suite with bathroom, terrace from which you will have a beautiful view of the sea and hills

In the garden planted with Mediterranean plants you will appreciate the calm and serenity. You can also isolate yourself to read, enjoy the song of the cicadas and the large garden.

Comme à la maison mais avec la vue mer en plus !

La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée. On s’y sent chez soi et l’accueil est de très grande qualité. Nous y avons passé noël et avons déjeuné dehors tous les jours …super vacances!

50th Birthday celebration

14 members of the family got together to celebrate my daughters 50th birthday in this beautiful location away from it all. Plenty to do with table tennis, swimming pool and boules court. Takes 50 minutes to walk to the shop but is a very pleasant walk. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

tolles Haus mit fantastischem Ausblick

Wir waren mit der kompletten Familie, 9 Personen über 3 Generationen im Haus und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist wirklich super für große Gruppen ausgestattet, sehr liebevoll und hochwertig dekoriert. Ein großer Innen- und Außenbereich gibt genug Raum für alle. Es gab außen mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Pool mit dem tollen Meerblick ist wirklich außergewöhnlich schön, alle hatten ihren Spaß. Der Kontakt und die Übergabe mit Colette und ihrem Mann war sehr gut. Sie haben alles gut erklärt und waren ansprechbar während des kompletten Aufenthaltes. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Tolles Haus mit sehr netten Vermietern, aber etwas außerhalb

Das Ehepaar Dumas ist sehr nett und wir durften bereits früher einchecken. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll vorbereitet. Die Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig und Madame Dumas stand jederzeit telefonisch zur Verfügung. Das Haus hat typisch provencalischen Charme; die Bäder sind teilweise renoviert; WC und Dusche manchmal getrennt. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß und der Wohnbereich riesig und wunderschön hergerichtet. Die Außenbereiche verfügen über einen großen Pool, einen sehr großen Terrassenbereich, Boulefläche, Grill- und Außenküche. Hervorstechendes Merkmal ist der fantastische Blick bis zum Meer und die Hügellandschaft. Einziges kleines Manko, dessen man sich bewusst sein sollte, ist die recht versteckte Lage des Hauses im Hinterland; hier bekamen wir aber eine detaillierte Anfahrtsbeschreibung der Vermieter. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vielen Dank an das Ehepaar Dumas!

Cette propriété est un vrai petit paradis

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Haus und die Aussicht sind ein Traum. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war sehr gut und man hat alle Informationen umgehend bekommen. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt, alles was man sonst so mitgebracht hätte, war vorhanden, nur Handtücher für den Pool sollte man mitbringen. Der Pool ist riesig und man kann dort auch seine Bahnen ziehen und mit den Kindern viel Spaß haben. Jederzeit wieder, sehr zu empfehlen.

Vacances idéales

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances en famille dans la maison de Colette et Alain, des vacances dont nous parlerons certainement encore longtemps. La piscine et la vue de mer sont des atouts indéniables de la maison. Mais nous avons apprécié également le fait que le jardin et les terrasses offraient, tout au long de la journée, une place à l'ombre. L'intérieur aussi est spacieux et très bien équipé, notamment la cuisine où il faisait plaisir de préparer des repas, même pour un grand groupe. Traumhafter Familienurlaub

Das Anwesen liegt herrlich am Hang mit Meerblick.Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allem, was man benötigt. Der Garten mit beheiztem Pool ist ein Traum. Wir waren mit 3 Generationen 1 Woche dort und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Der Empfang und die Verabschiedung waren sehr herzlich. Selbst Sonderwünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Rejouissant

Vaste demeure avec une circulation très fluide, espaces conviviaux et espaces nuit bien séparés qui rendent facile la vie en groupe (réunion familiale dans notre cas). Cuisine très bien équipée. Les terrasses, l’espace piscine et le point de vue sur les collines, les espaces naturels et la mer en fond de paysage sont magnifiques, La maison date un peu, son très grand jardin n’est pas engazonné à l’anglaise ( on est dans le sud ) mais ses qualités et son emplacement à l’abri des regards, au calme absolu, avec une vue superbe ont fait l’unanimité de la famille de 25 à 88 ans😄on recommande chaudement

Prachtige villa op een schitterende locatie. prima service.

Excellent séjour dans cette confortable Villa

Tout y est pour passer un moment entre amis : la situation de cette villa avec vue sur la Mer, le jardin bien entretenu avec ses arbres et ses plantes, la piscine spacieuse et la Maison bien sûr : confortable, propre et hyper bien équipée (notamment au niveau de la cuisine) il ne manque rien, la décoration intérieur de cette villa qui nous fait se sentir bien pour passer un excellent moment entre amis - vous êtes à 15' en voiture de toutes les commodités (à St Cyr sur mer) - et Colette est joignable à tout moment pour répondre à vos questions et vous conseiller sur les bons plans de la Région!!! Une adresse à retenir et à diffuser!!!!

Herrliche Ferien mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht

Wir verbrachten wunderbare Ferien im Anwesen von Colette und Alain. Das Haus sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auch in der Küche alles vorhanden und in bestem Zustand. Auch bekamen wir vielen Tips für Restaurants, Ausflüge und Märkte und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Garten mit der Terrasse und den verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten liess uns immer die Wahl zwischen Sonne und Schatten zu wählen. An der wunderschönen Aussicht erfreuten wir uns immer wieder. Traumurlaub

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in einem äußerst gepflegten Haus verbringen dürfen. Die Gastgeber Colette und Alain haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus, das mit viel Liebe ausgestattet und dekoriert wurde, ist für einen Urlaub mit der Familie oder unter Greinden nur zu empfehlen.

Huis op een geweldige locatie met prachtig uitzicht

Het leukste aan dit vakantiehuis is zeker en vast het prachtige zeezicht (ultieme vakantiegevoel). De zwembadzone is heel ruim en mooi. Het huis is groot en biedt voldoende privacy als je bijv. met vrienden of familie reist. Wij zouden zeker eens willen terugkeren.
