Clean but outdated

Comfortable condo with everything one needs, but carpet is very outdated and dirty. Owner needs to replace that because it gives a terrible first impression when in fact, it is a rather nice condo.

Great place to get away from winter cold.

Loved the apartment and the people there. Lots of activities and if you don't know how to do them the people there will help you learn. Or if you want to just enjoy the pool and soak up the sun you can do that as well. Easy access to great scenic views.
