Heart of the Historic District-Carriage House at 12 Lawrence

Phenomenal location a few hundred feet from the May River in the historic “Old Town” district of Bluffton. Tons of shops, art galleries and restaurants within very easy walking distance. Quiet residential street in the hottest area.

Studio apartment/carriage house set up like a luxury hotel. King bed w/ luxury linens, pull out “full” sofa bed, 55” HDTV, WiFi and cable. Full kitchen with dishwasher, gas range, hood, microwave, coffee maker, apron sink & full sized fridge. Full bath with Cuban tile.

We hope to have every convenience you have at your own home, just in a smaller package!

Great location-walk to Old Town

The apartment was a wonderful place for our 4 night stay. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. It was very clean and comfortable. Tyler was responsive and accomodating. I would definitely recommend this property.

Carriage house

We had an amazing time!! The property was very clean and in a great location! We visited Hilton head and Savannah, so if you want a great place to stay in between hilton head island and Savannah that makes it easy to go to both then this is the place for you!

Old Town Bluffton Gem

This property is exactly as presented in the listing, located in the most convenient location for walking into charming Old Town. We did not have to communicate much with the hosts as they have all bases covered and the accommodations are lovely. We are SO pleased with our choice and will 100% reserve this property when we return to Bluffton.

Weekend Getaway for a Wedding

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend while attending a friends wedding. It was a gorgeous, clean, updated space with all we needed! The true only thing missing was shampoo/conditioner & body wash but we were able to just run to the store to grab some! Tyler was super timely with his response to any questions we had and check out was super easy! Loved that it was walking distance to old town!

Fabulous accommodations and location

What a charming little hideaway. The nicely decorated (and very clean) carriage house is new and complete with all the amenities to feel right at home. I think the bed was actually better than the one we have at home. The location is also a superb feature of this rental. You can walk to all that Ole Town Bluffton has to offer.

All one needs... and nice!

This highly functional and highly finished studio was perfect for our quick trip to SC. Things were very clean. The host provided a number of drinks in the refrigerator for our arrival and the other furnishings and kitchen wares were well thought out.

We were in Bluffton for a 3 day wedding weekend. The carriage house was perfect: clean, comfortable bed, tastefully decorated and we could walk to the shops and restaurants in Old Town. The host provided many extras. We would definitely stay there again.

Wedding get away.

My visit to Bluffton was awesome. Staying in old town was so convenient and pleasant. The accommodations were 5 star. Comfortable, very clean, and provided everything I needed plus some extras. I Highly recommend this property.

We only had a couple of days for our first time visit. This location was perfect for visiting all surrounding areas, Hilton Head, Savannah, Beaufort area. The apartment was in a great location for walking to shops, waterfront, coffee, food, etc. We will look to stay again in the future as we will return,

Old town beauty

A really nice over the garage condo with all the comforts of home. The place is new, super clean and in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Did I mention the bed? Great mattress. Enjoy!
