This 75 m2 apartment is on the 6th floor with elevator of a charming residence, the former Grand Hôtel de La Baule. It is 10 minutes walk from the market and the city center (Avenue de Gaulle). The apartment is renovated and has been carefully decorated. Large equipped terrace facing south, facing the sea. The kitchen is open to the living room. The 2 bedrooms at the back overlook the pine trees.
Double glazing for all windows. Heater. Bed linen and towels provided free of charge.

The central location of the residence does not make a vehicle essential.
There are many cycle paths along the sea, in the surrounding countryside, and in the city center. Bicycle parking is available in the garden at the rear of the building.
Car parking is easy and free in the immediate vicinity of the residence.

La baie de La Baule dans toute sa magie !

Troisième séjour en hiver dans cet appartement confortable, spacieux et parfaitement équipé et comme à chaque fois la magie de la vue, la mer et le ciel qui changent sans arrêt de couleurs. on a beau connaitre, on est toujours aussi émerveillés !

nous n'y sommes pas allés !

On connait bien cet appartement et on adore aller chez Sophie mais, cette année, j'ai annulé la veille à cause de la canicule donc il n'y a pas eu de "séjour" !!! Je regrette qu'on ne puisse pas trouver un "bouton" sur le quel cliquer pour annuler même si on sait bien que c'est trop tard pour se faire rembourser. J'ai averti Sophie par message. En tous cas, je sais que tout est parfait chez Sophie et que nous reviendrons dès que nous pourrons.

Séjour en Juin Plage la BAULE L A

Séjour de 4 nuits en juin dernier. Très bel emplacement face Mer, vue panoramique, magnifique donc agréable, intérieur confortable, Rien ne manque même la pince en bois pour le grille pain. Le beau temps était là. Le seul problème les travaux au dessus, mais après l'avoir signalé les responsables d'Abritel ont fait le nécessaire pour nous être agréable, il faut signaler ce petit geste. Magie de la vue et confort de l'appartement

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé, spacieux et confortable et nous avons été aussi ébloui que la première fois par la magie de la vue. La mer en permanence sous nos yeux change de couleur à chaque moment et est un spectacle superbe. Un séjour très agréable d'autant que le temps nous fut très favorable pour un mois de novembre.

Tout correspond à l annonce... Une vue splendide, de beaux espaces dans l appartement. Les chambres au calme. On a garé la voiture et loué des vélo à 10mn à pieds, le top! Resto, marché...tout est à côté ! vue exceptionnelle encore plus belle que les photos

Nous étions trois adultes, la taille de l'appartement est très confortable, 2 SDB et 2 WC, tout à fait adaptée à nos besoins. Il y a de multiples équipements, électroménager, mais aussi livres, jeux, matériel bébé, il ne manque rien !! la plage immense est face à l'appartement, idéal avec des enfants.
