Come enjoy this beautiful ground floor condo just steps from the beach and pool located at Seascape Resort North Bluff. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this spacious property has amazing views of the ocean from both the living room and master bedroom.

Relax on the large, open patio while staring at the picturesque landscape or cozy up in the living room next to the warm, fireplace. The space also has a fully functioning kitchen with all standard appliances, large dining area, two large cozy bedrooms each with a king size bed, and two full bathrooms.

The convenient location is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping at Seascape Village, and a short drive to championship golf at Seascape Golf Club.

***Please note that we are private renters and not part of Seascape Resort. Seascape Resort does not offer beach bonfire services, bike rentals, concierge services, cart service or room service to private renters or our guests.

Absolutely Stunning!!

When we walked in it was clear this is a newly renovated, clean, and beautiful unit. Nice bright lighting and attention to detail and amenities make it a great condo to visit. The property manager truly cares about the guest experience and communication was seamless from start to finish. We will be choosing this unit in the future and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

A Perfect Stay for a new family of 4

Had a fantastic time here at the resort! The condo is super-clean and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything a family needs to cook meals a huge dining room table, with laundry inside. The beds are comfortable and the view of the ocean from the living room and master is awesome. We can’t say enough about this property and we plan on making this a tradition each year. The fireworks on the beach were off the hook with a short walk to the beach right out the back door. Thank you Ty!

Great place, quick walk to the beach

Our stay was great. The kids enjoyed the heated pool after swimming in the ocean. The house was nice and clean. Was as advertised!! It wasn’t the owners fault but traffic to Santa Cruz was bad. 50 minutes each way. Overall everyone had a blast

Great place in a great resort.

The unit location is wonderful with a great ocean sunset view. Also close to beautiful pool area and coastal walking paths. Interior was clean and comfortable with extra linens and blankets. This place is a great value and well cared for. Thank you Ty!

Beautiful view from the patio!

This unit has a great location in the complex, right near the stairs to the beach. It was also equipped with everything we needed. A particularly nice touch were the throw blankets for curling up on the sofa to watch movies or play games. Thanks for the great stay!

Wonderful place!

Our family of four had a lovely Christmas week staying here. We've stayed at other units in Seascape before, and this one is vastly superior. It has everything you could possibly anticipate needing, is spacious, modern and exceedingly well cared for. We hope to visit again.

Great weekend family getaway

Unit was spacious, updated and comfortable and featured an ocean view from patio, where we saw a deer family daily. Condo was decorated nicely and stocked with basics in kitchen, which was appreciated. Owner was communicative and responsive. We will be back!
