About this property

3 apartments 2 to 4 pers in character house, swimming pool quiet nature Calvi

L'épi d'or ', the dream between sea and mountains 5 minutes from Calvi. Come and discover this vast domain bordered by vineyards and centuries-old olive trees. This charming 18th century residence is a real cocoon combining comfort and tranquility.
We put at your disposal 3 apartments (ground floor, 1st, 2nd). The 65m² accommodation is located in a beautiful mansion on three levels. Each apartment has its independent and external entrance with private terrace and garden furniture.
A television is installed in each accommodation (TNT and foreign channel).
In the apartments you will find fans, iron and ironing board, blankets. The kitchens are equipped with gas oven and fire, microwave, coffee maker, all the necessary crockery and tea towels. A washing machine is installed in common with all rentals (€ 5 / washing detergent provided). The household linen is provided only in the case where you choose the linen option (sheets, hand towels, 12 € / pers). Otherwise, we invite you to bring them with you. Size of the beds (1 double bed 140x190) (2 single beds 90x190).

Apartment composed of a living room with fitted kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC, and two bedrooms.
The terrace is about 48m² including a covered part of 6m².
The large vault of the main room will envelop you in softness and warmth.
1st floor
Apartment composed of a living room with fitted kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC and two bedrooms, terrace 16m². Its tomes of yesteryear and rustic doors give it a charming look of the past.
2nd floor
Apartment composed of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with bath, WC, 2 bedrooms, panoramic terrace 12m².
Its parquet floor and wooden ceiling give it a warm and intimate look.

This haven of peace being in the heart of the maquis, we strongly advise you to be transported (no car lowered).

Nette Umgebung

Die etwa 1 km lange Zufahrtsstraße ist nicht für jedes Auto geeignet. Die Unterkunft ist nur 5 Minuten von Calvi entfernt. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist nicht störend - wenige Flüge und nicht sehr laut.

Ferien in der Nähe von Calvi

Wir haben 5 Tage in dem alten, wunderschönen Haus genossen. Eine beraubende Aussicht von der Terrasse, viel Platz (Wohnung im ersten Stock) für eine Familie mit 4Mitgliedern une wirklich eine bequeme Infrastruktur. Thierry wohnt da mit seiner Familie, 4 Katzen une einem lieben Hund, mit dem man sich ganz einfach befreunden kann. Den Flughafen hört man fast nicht und es ist herrlich ruhig. Ich empfehle Menschen, die Ruhe brauchen und nicht in der Stadt wohnen möchten..

The property is stunning and the environment around is amazing. The atmosphere is very kindly and familiar thanks to the kindness of the owners that are friendly and ready to help for every need. It has been one of the best staying of my last years. I can strongly suggest such accommodation.

Schöne Wohnung auf dem Lande und doch nah bei Calvi

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und auch die beiden Pools waren im Oktober immer noch in Betrieb. Calvi, die Strände und Berge sind schnell erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich.

Beau gite de caractère, au calme malgré la proximité de l'aéroport. Les gites sont indépendants, sans promiscuité, même au niveau des terrasses. Espace piscine agréable ; un vrai +. Equipement simple et suffisant. Assez bonne literie, grandes chambres et grand séjour mais très petite salle de bains/wc (gite du 1er étage) Propriétaires présents sur place (logent au RdC), mais discrets. Avons juste regretté que la location ne démarre que le dimanche, ayant quitté notre précédente location le samedi matin. Avons passé un agréable séjour, en profitant de Calvi et ses environs, mais surtout en appréciant particulièrement le calme du gite.

Un Petit coin de Paradis

Nous avons sejourné à l'épi d'or durant deux semaines (appartement rez-de-chaussé), la description et les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité; la cadre est absolument splendide. Un véritable havre de paix à 5min en voiture de Calvi... Les propriétaires sont aimables et discrets tout en étant très disponibles. Par ailleurs le charme et l'authenticité du gite participent amplement à cette atmosphère de vacance et de sérénité qui y règne. Un séjour au top.

Une semaine très agréable en Balagne

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec nos enfants dans l'appartement du 1er étage de cette maison authentique, situé en plein maquis Corse avec vue sur les montagnes de la région envoûtante au coucher du soleil. De façon simple et naturelle , les locations sont bien équipées,confortables.(piscine, terrasse, espace autour de la maison,équipements.....) On se sent comme chez soi...!!! Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, accueillants et chaleureux. Il font tout pour que leurs hôtes passent un bon séjour dans la propriété et dans la découverte de la Balagne. ( conseils , bonnes adresses , recommandations.....) Bravo a Martinet et Thierry et Continuez comme ça ...!!! C'est une adresse a retenir.

Nice place and friendly family

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. Nice rooms, nice kitchen with most appliances. A lot of ants on the terasse, and to be honest the sick cat was not nice to have around even though we normally love cats. The pools were nice, but NOT very clean! The wifi connection was poor, and when it states in the add, that wifi is available, it is not the expectation that you have to sit close to the owners house to get a signal.

Un lieu enchanteur

De grands espaces dans le maquis, un logement confortable, deux piscines, un parking, le calme absolu dans un coin de nature enchanteur à proximité de Calvi et de toutes les plages. Nous avons fait de belles promenades à partir du gîte avec des vues époustouflantes sur le golfe de calvi et sa citadelle. Nous sommes charmés et ravis de nos vacances. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et rigolos. Nous avons apprécié particulièrement leurs conseils avisés et leur humour.

Un pur Bonheur

Cela va faire le 3ème été que nous venons passer 3 semaines de nos vacances avec nos enfants. Nous y sommes particulièrement bien. Le site est fort agréable : vue sur les montagnes et le maquis corse tout en étant à côté de la mer et des commodités. La location est très confortable avec une terrasse privative ou il faut bon d'y passer du temps. Les propriétaires sont charmants et toujours prêt à donner conseils et recommandations sur cette fabuleuse région de la Balagne.

Nous avons passé 15 jours splendides ! Un appartement très agréable fonctionnel avec une vue magnifique, un espace piscine génial pour les petits comme pour les grands, un environnement préservé calme et entretenu avec passion et pour finir, des propriétaires super sympatiques, accueillants, plein de bons conseils et d'informations pour notre séjour. un petit coin au calme

Tout près de la ville de Calvi et pourtant au calme au milieu du maquis. L'aéroport tout proche n'apporte aucune gène. Nous avons loué le 1er étage, avec une très belle vue. Idéalement situé pour les balades entre mer et montagne. La location est très propre et les propriétaires agréables et accueillants. Leurs bons conseils, surtout pour les restos, sont à suivre.Endroit à recommander.
