#209 is a second floor one bedroom unit with a king bed in the bedroom. The entire condo has been remodeled with exceptional finishes. The living room features an extra extra large TV and wood burning fireplace. Outside the living area is a patio with a gas grill and seating.

Downtown Aspen CO 1 bedroom vacation rental condominium. Our Aspen Condominium vacation rentals are located in the heart of town! Just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Walking distance to downtown, and on the free bus route. We are just three blocks from Aspen Gondola!
We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home as you snuggle up by your wood-burning fireplace. All of our vacation rentals have fully equipped kitchens, private balconies or patios and are provided with daily housekeeping, free wireless internet, HD digital cable and sound systems. Lift One has a warm and welcoming lobby with two guest computers, laundry facilities and a refurbished ski locker room with spacious lockers and boot dryers. Lift one also has a wonderful nice pool and a fabulous hot tub. For your grilling pleasure we have a great grill for Barbecuing by the pool!

Aspen music + biking getaway
Property was in a great location, and so easy to use, from on-site staff and daily housekeeping, to dedicated parking and locked storage for our bikes. Comfortable and spacious.

Versatile alternative to avoid overpriced Aspen lodging options. Great location near the mall, but surprisingly private (lawn and Mountain View right outside instead of a busy street). Condo was fully equipped and had everything we needed. Strongly recommend Lift One.

This was a great location. Close to everything you needed in Aspen, also convenient to get to local attractions including the Maroon Bells. Place was cozy with everything needed.

This is a cute condo with all you'll need. 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Only downside is hearing the upstairs neighbors walk around late at night.

This was a great condo! The location and condition of the condo was absolutely fantastic. There was some noise from neighbors (since we kept the windows opened in the summer), but overall the stay was wonderful! Thank you for a great long-weekend.

30 yr Anniversary Weekend
It was my wife’s and mine 30yr Wedding anniversary. We meet 30 years ago in Aspen so we decided to go back to where it started. A lot has changed in town. Many old stopping grounds are gone which was sad. But it was great seeing the ones that remain. The people where amazing all the servers, bar tenders , owners of restaurants who went out of there way to wish us 30 yrs with wine, champagne, desserts was awesome. The condo we chose couldn’t have been better! Perfect location, the condo was beautiful. everything about the complex from pool, hot tub Noor at the front desk was awesome I definitely will book again . Aspen is a very special place to us and everyone at lift one made it better . Thank you so much for everything. You sure do have a gem.

Was disappointed how loud it was. Wish I would known that they were under construction. This unit the bedroom is up front nearest the hallway so you can hear everyone and they can hear you. …not much privacy. Unit was clean but we did have a huge spider in kitchen area.

Overall the unit was in great condition with a lovely outdoor sitting area. The location was perfect with the ability to easily walk to the downtown area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay again in the future.

Nice condo; great location
This condo was very clean and comfortable; had everything we needed. The location is slightly off the busy area so it is nice and quiet. A short walk to the village for shopping, dining and the bus. We walked to dinner every night.. Management was very helpful. We would stay here again.

Amazing condo
This condo is absolutely perfect; the pictures do not do it justice. Adhering to COVID-19 bubble recommendations, my partner and I brought all kinds of stuff to stay in and stay away from other people in close contact. We brought way too much stuff; the kitchen has everything one needs to cook (minus food). There is firewood and an ample supply of fire starting packets for those interested or those who lack pyro skills. The view out of the patio is beautiful, the hot tub was easily accessed and not busy which was welcomed after a day of social distanced snowshoeing. The entire downtown is a short walk with mandatory mask usage which makes everything feel that much safer. The front desk staff was kind, helpful, and genuine. 11/10 would stay in the same unit again.
