Recently renovated apartment very modern. Very spacious, ideal for 6 people (possible 8 people maximum) with direct sea view from the terrace and the master bedroom. Kitchen and 2 completely new bathrooms. The 3 bedrooms have new bedding and furniture. Installation of Air Conditioning reversible. Modern furniture and fully equipped. The sea is only 50m away and the famous Playa del Cura 100m away with all the restaurants and shops in the area. The ideal to relax with family or friends.

Appartement très bien situé
L'appartement est convenable. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. Un seul climatiseur est présent dans le salon, la chaleur a rendu les nuits difficiles. Nous avons du signaler des tâches présentes sur les draps de notre lits et avons dû utiliser nos propres draps. L'appartement est situé plein centre, il y a une multitude de restaurants aux alentours, des commerces et dans le port des activités nautiques. On peut passer une semaine sans se servir de la voiture (et il vaut mieux si vous avez la chance de trouver uneplace de parking). Nous avons tout de même passer une bonne semaine, et nous tenons à remercier Benny pour sa gentillesse et son assistance. On peut passer le séjour sans

Everything we love in a holiday
Hosts were excellent, their communication, assistance and welcome all first class. The location was perfect for a swim in the sea, a good walk, shopping, groceries and restaurants/bars. Truly enjoyed this place, definitely going back.

Great location right next to the sea!
The location was great, right next to the sea and two beautiful beaches. Lovely promenade that we enjoyed walking with many choices of restaurants and shops. The apartment was light and spacious. The bedrooms were pretty good size for Spain. The master bedroom has incredible view of the sea so the balcony as well. We enjoyed our coffee with sunrise and a the glass of wine with sunset on that balcony it was incredible. The kitchen had everything we need and the apartment was clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back!

Fantastic
Beautiful property; spacious, spotlessly clean with every facility you could want. Overlooking the beach, minutes walk from the centre of town, hundreds of restaraunts, bars and shops. Torrevieja itself has a fab water park (Aquapolis) - a weekly pass is best value as it's valid for 7 days plus day of purchase. We went 3 times for €39 each. Overall a great holiday, top property! Communicating with owner was easy and he was very accommodating with our needs!..and booking at short notice!

FANTÁSTICO
El apartamento está genial,totalmente reformado y muy bien equipado, no le falta detalle, de los mejores que he estado, y llevo unos cuantos. Está muy cerca del paseo, lleno de restaurantes pero por la noche solo se oye el ruido de las olas del mar.Recomendable 100%. El propietario totalmente disponible para cualquier duda así como las personas que te entregan las llaves, muy amables. Volvería.
