This conveniently located home is close to airport, minutes to freeways, Old Town Scottsdale, ASU, the zoo, Desert Botanical Garden, and really just an easy commute to anywhere in the valley! It is family friendly comfort with enough space for 8! The outdoor space offers a nice grass private yard to enjoy lawn games, bbq, dining, and a conversation by the fireplace. Two living areas inside the home offers room to spread out or use the space to connect over a meal or board games. There's a dedicated work space if you need to catch up with work. Done exploring for the day? The master bath offers a private jetted tub to relax!

I was born in San Diego and also raised in Seattle for a good portion of my life. I moved to the Phoenix area in 2016 after getting married. I am a mother of two little girls. Real estate is one of my passions. Having kids made me realized how much I want to pursue vacation rentals and all this industry has to offer because it allows me the flexibility to be with my kids and do something for myself. Naturally I love the beach but a pool will have to do for now. I enjoy plants and gardening but being in the desert climate has been a challenge. Who doesn't love a good challenge?! I would like to do more traveling because I believe exposure to new food, culture, and climate is good for the soul! I appreciate vacation rentals because they have become such a vital part to the whole travel experience. I welcome you to enjoy my property!

What makes this property unique
I've always loved outdoor fireplaces. It does something more than just a fire pit. I love being outside so the indoor comfort being placed outside is a plus for me.
