See the breathtaking mountains from the comfort and warmth inside of this beautifully remodeled and spacious condo. This unit is across the street from Giant Steps main Lodge and runs, plus 3 restaurants and the rental shop. Everything can be seen from the kitchen and living room large windows or go out on the balcony and be prepared to be breathless as you can literally listen to the skiers. There is a master upstairs with a full bathroom and a master downstairs along with a bunk room and full bathroom. The bunk room has 2 full-size beds and 2 twins. Once you stay here, you will want to come back again and again. It is definitely the best mountain view condo in the complex!!Please note, there is not a dining table area. There is a kitchen with barstools then table and chairs in closet to set up/pull out for more eating/seating along with living room seating also and tv trays if wanted in the closet.

This is our second stay here in December. It is the best location, right across from pizza, ice skating, skiing, and snow fun. The heat is a little difficult to regulate, but there is s fireplace, so that helps.
We initially booked this cabin for 2022, but due to a family emergency, we had to reschedule. The owner of this cabin was exceptionally accommodating with rescheduling for us. She also promptly answered every single one of our questions up to the day of our arrival. This was our first time to Brian Head.
This cabin has a phenomenal view of the Giant Steps slopes, and we especially enjoyed the walking distance to the ski resort and restaurants. Our only complaints about this cabin was its cleanliness. I believe the property owner hires a cleaning service to maintain the cabin, so it’s not entirely the owner’s fault, but there was a hairball (clump of hair) on the bathroom floor, next to the toilet, and cob webs on the ceiling of the cabin. The owner also required that we not wear shoes inside the cabin, which made it very inconvenient at times, especially when going out to the frozen balcony. Being barefooted on this balcony was impossible, so I had to carry my shoes to/from the front door to the threshold of the balcony. Aside from these minor issues, we truly enjoyed our stay in this cabin. All accommodations were met and provided for us during our stay.
Be ready to love Brian Head! However uncovered parking means some shoveling in winter! And some stairs to the condo. Loved the kitchen, responsive host, hot water and cozy fireplace. Might be time to tidy up the game closet and re-type the condo-community folder. Maybe add another space heater since our winter conditions were extreme! These Southern California folks got more snow than we’d ever seen! Thanks Kayli!
We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean with all the amenities we needed. It was easy to book on line and the host was great to work with. Across the street is a country store and a pizza place we enjoyed. It's close to Cedar Breaks Monument, Parowan & Cedar City. The view from the front room was amazing, it's so picturesque.
Nice however did not havecseating or table for 8 people to eat together
Beautiful location. Beds were very comfortable. Lacked basic kitchen basics. Lack of sating for us to dine together was a real issue

Awesome View
Place was great and Kayli the host was just as nice.
Only a couple missing items such as Cutting boards if you're eating in would have helped.
Other than that small item place was great, unbelievably close to the mountain and lifts and incredible condo to stay in.

We have 5 kids and love to travel. Brian Head is always a favorite place and first choice for skiing and snowboarding! The powder is known as the "BEST SNOW ON EARTH!" We have been skiing here for over 20 years and never want to go anywhere else!
Why they chose this property
Our "black bear" cabin is a favorite of kids as they like to count how many bears are in our unit. There are board games, movies, a roaring fire can be started in the fireplace, and it is luxury "camping" with everything you need in the full kitchen including spices, crockpot, cookie sheets, coffee maker, etc. Our kids grew up skiing on this mountain and it is our home away from home here. We love it and it calls us back. I hope you will love it too!
