SKI LEASE: Dec 1st - April 30th Tahoe Donner 2018-2019

Our house is in a fabulous Tahoe Donner location in a very desirable neighborhood. The house is open, clean, sunny, fully furnished and move-in ready. The big, cozy living room has a TV, a mini-stereo and wood stove—a perfect gathering place. This house would be ideal for 2 families to share because it has TWO master bedrooms equipped with King sized beds their own bathrooms and 2 “kids" rooms with a shared bathroom and an additional half bath located on the first floor. There is also a queen-sized pullout couch in the upstairs loft area to sleep 2 more people. It would also be great for one family to rent and invite guests over the ski season. The kitchen is fully furnished. The house includes multiple sets of linens for all of the beds and all of the bathrooms. The garage is empty and ready for 2 cars and all of your gear for winter fun!

The house can sleep up to 10 people comfortably.

Tahoe Donner offers a small downhill ski area and a world class cross country ski area. In addition, the house is a short drive from Tahoe’s famous downhill ski resorts: Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, Boreal and Sugarbowl.

Downtown Truckee is a wonderful place to visit for unique shopping and excellent restaurants and is a 10 minute drive from the house.

The house is appointed with original photography from local artist, Troy Corliss from Gallery 5830 . These photos are our love letter to the Sierra Nevada.

The managers live in Truckee full time allowing everything to run smoothly during your stay.

SKI LEASE from December 1st to April 30th.

Thanksgiving week is also available for an additional charge.
