Capri by the Gulf is located directly on one of the most sought after stretches beaches in the world. The property sits on 300 feet of beach in the heart of Crystal Beach. The gated community helps guests feel a sense of privacy and safety while keeping traffic to the beach to a minimum. This property is excellent for a romantic getaway or a family with small children. Capri 102 sleeps two. 1 King-sized bed. Seasonal Beach Service (March 15 - October 31) is included with the rentals (2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily on the beach). NO TENTS OR CANOPIES ALLOWED ON BEACH. Rentals during the peak season are taken from Friday to Friday. Complimentary wifi included for streaming your favorite apps! Cable not provided.

Capri 102 is located in a prime location in Destin! Nestled directly between the Destin Harbor and The Village of Baytowne wharf guests can experience the best of both worlds. It is very convenient to walk to Camille's, The Crab Trap or 790 on the Gulf for a drink or a quick bite or walk over at night and enjoy inside dining with a great view! Also, less than one mile from Capri by the Gulf is Destin Commons outdoor mall, movie theater, Uncle Buck's Bowling, Bass Pro, World of Beer, and many other shopping and dining options. And if you don't want to leave the beach road for dinner, you have some great options: Kenny D's, Pompano Joe's, Surf Hut, or Caption Dave's on the Gulf. Whether you come to Destin for the fishing, water sports, golfing, or just to relax on the beach, we have you covered.

Being able to open your front door and looking at water is great! Having a coffee on the deck is a great way to start the day. The furniture is worn and not comfortable. The staff is great and responds quickly to text messages. We look forward to our next stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are always just happy to be at the Capri. We have been coming for around 10 years. It is our absolute favorite place! I will say, this is our first time in 102. The furniture has ratty slip covers with tears, the dishes (pots and pans) were very inadequate. We had to go buy some to cook with, and the lights on either side of the vanity wouldn't work even though the bulbs were changed. The refrigerator ice maker also doesn't work. I don't feel this unit was up to the normal Capri standard. We were very pleased to see repairs had been made to the deck flooring and the outdoor grill situation had improved. Also loved that the Capri now owns the umbrellas on the deck! Management was so very nice and we still had the best time!

Loved that it was a gated private beach. The sand and water was gorgeous Beach service was amazing , loved that Chance stayed on top of things and set up chairs and umbrellas each morning. On arrival our condo was a bit run down. There was a dry blood stain on the couch and we had a very large ( looked like a small mouse ) roach in living area a silver fish type bug in the bed. After that…we never saw a bug. Easy drive to stores and restaurants. loved the deck for having coffee in the morning and wine in the evening with gorgeous views Would come back here for sure!!!

If you’re in search of clean, quiet, one-level beachside getaway without all the noise and elevator nonsense, this place is for you! This was my second year to book at this location and I’m sold! Keith and staff were so responsive to helping secure the location by phone. *yes you can book all online* Staff were great with communicating by email and text messaging once I arrived.You can’t beat daily beachside umbrella service, spacious and unobstructed views while on the beach...did I mentioned unobstructed? No need to pack and lug that heavy canopy! This location is perfection for couples, girls trip, or family with young/small children. I appreciate the gated features and ease of parking. No pool but your steps from the largest, most beautiful Gulf “pool”. :)For you foodies, you’ll find plenty of restaurants for a nice dinner(s) out. If you prefer beach-bum status (me!) grab your groceries for the week and prepare to unplug! My family have already looked into reservations for next summer. Consider me a regular 🏖️🩵😉Winner winner lobster dinner!!

There were some stains on the primary bedroom wall by the end table on right side of the bed. The closet door in the bathroom was missing the roller/pin on top so the bi-fold operates as a door. Only one of the 2 light switches to the right of the door when walking into condo worked (outside light). Inconvenient when coming home At night and had to go to bar area to turn on interior lights. Also outlet in bedroom, on right side of bed, only one of the two outlets worked.
