Amazing property with huge pool and panoramic view of the mountain. Typical renovated farmhouse of the 19th century, on a plot of half a hectare, facing the mountains, 5 minutes from the village of Ascain, 12 minutes from Saint Jean de Luz and beaches, 15min from Golfes, 20 minutes from Biarritz airport.
With an area of approximately 220 m², the house offers a large reception area of approximately 70 m² with a kitchen open to the dining room and the living room with fireplace.
Also on one level we find a large library / TV lounge and a laundry room, a toilet and a cellar.
Upstairs, large master bedroom with bathroom and toilet, 4 double bedrooms, one with bunk beds, a bathroom, a bathroom and a toilet.
Large summer dining room covered with plancha, fireplace and sofas.

Fantastic location in Pays Basque

Fantastic house with park and swimming pool with view on la Rhune. Close to the ocean and great spots like Bidart or Biaritz. Directly from the house you can join tracking or cycling paths. The house is spacious, very well equiped, clean and nicely designed.

Heaven

A beautiful home in a wonderful setting. Lots of space for our 2 families travelling together, very well stocked with everything we could need. The home was very clean and comfortable and contact with the owner and manager was easy. We loved the farmhouse charm, and the outdoor eating area was fabulous, even in the rain! We hope to stay again someday.

Living in Paradise

The house is beautiful with a stunning view on the pyrenees. Best location combining walking and beach, with a large garden, heated swimming pool and a boule track. We have enjoyed two weeks, fully relaxed and energized. Julie and Ségolène were always very helpful. We will come back! Merci beaucoup

Une maison tellement chaleureuse

5 belles journées d’automne avec du soleil face a la rhune ! Quel bonheur cette maison a accueilli toute notre famille, nous etions 11 avec un bébé et deux enfants de 10 ans. Tout sur place pour occuper chaque membre de la famille. Merci pour l’accueil chaleureux

Week-end en famille

Bonne communication avant le séjour et très bon accueil de Ségolène à notre arrivée ! L'environnement est paisible, la maison est confortable et chaleureuse, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. La grande piscine chauffée est vraiment agréable et la vue est magnifique ! Bref, c'est un lieu idéal pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis et passer un séjour mémorable !

Un cadre enchanteur

Une belle maison de vacances

Nous y avons séjourné à 12 (6adultes et 6 ados). La maison est très agréable, bien équipé, propre. La terrasse couverte est un vrai atout ainsi que la piscine chauffée avec sa vue sur le Rhune. A conseiller sans hésitation.

Superbe weekend !

Maison très agréable et très bien équipée. Idéalement placée au pied du départ de rando de la Rhune et à quelques minutes en voitures de l'océan ( Saint Jean de Luz, Guéthary, Biarritz). L'accueil de Ségolène était parfait et flexible. Je recommande ce logement pour un weekend ou plus en famille ou entre amis. Nous avons bien profité de pièce de vie et du salon que les enfants ont transformé en salle de jeu, et de la terrasse couverte avec cuisine extérieure. Tout était parfait ! Merci !

Calme et volupté en pays Basque

Très belle maison au pied de la rhume Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison familiale et chaleureuse Rien ne manque ,ni le boulodrome, avec vue sublime et ni le four qui permet de cuire une truite ( gigantesque ) de Banca ! ni même la bibliothèque bien garnie Segolene nous a très bien accueillis et à réglé rapidement les menus problèmes Nous recommandons cette maison pour les groupes d’amis et les familles.

Superbe séjour

Séjour du 21/08 au 28/08 2020 entre amis. Vous voulez passer un séjour au calme non loin des plages dans une belle villa basque avec une superbe piscine et son jeux de boule que l'on à bien utilisée alors n'hésitez pas. Julie et Ségolène sont très sympa et vous accueille dans leur maison avec plaisir et gentillesse . nous reviendrons.

Truly Wonderful and Charming

With our two teenager children we spend 8 nights in this wonderful and charming house in July 2019. We can wholeheartedly recommend it and would certainly go again: a house that is very well looked after, has literally everything you might need (incl. a pasta machine!), incl. a 15m pool. The entire place feels like you are visiting friends that have left you their house just for your special vacation. We made several trips into the surrounding mountains starting directly from the house - plus trips to the nearby villages along the Atlantic coast (all just 20-30 minutes away). So the location is just perfect - and very quiet. There is easily space for 10+ people, and if you feel like playing the piano, well, there is one in the living room. Julie and Segolene looked after us with a lot of warm attention. 5 stars easily all around!

"on revient quand!"

Maison familiale magnifique, chaleureuse et bien équipée. Tout à fait adaptée à des vacances en famille avec des enfants de tout âge (jeux extérieurs très sympas). On a apprécié la grande piscine chauffée et le beau jardin avec vue sur la Rhune. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable en famille. Merci à Julie et Ségolène pour l'accueil.

Superbe week-end!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille dans cette maison spacieuse, deco très cosy et situation idéale. Nous n’avons manqué de rien, elle est très bien équipée et propre. Génial!

Maison très agréable, fonctionnelle, très bien équipée et avec beaucoup de charme. On s'y sent bien, presque comme chez soi... Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec une vue splendide et pu profiter de la piscine chauffée qui est un must. Idéalement située au calme, proche de Saint-Jean de Luz et de la côte ainsi que de l'arrière pays et ses villages pittoresques. A recommander vivement
