PLEASE NOTE: Because we have a roll away bed, they list our property as 3 bedroom. We have 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed. One bedroom with a Twin-size over Double-size bunk bed, with a Twin-size trundle, beneath the double-bed. Additionally we have one air mattresses.

Our cozy 1,400 suite, at the foot of the Wasatch Mountain range, is excellent for business travel, vacations, and exploring the magnificent great outdoors of Utah. We also have 2 pickleball courts and hundreds of demo paddles that are all available for our guests!

We love our guests and ensuring that they have a wonderful stay with us. We are extremely responsive and encourage guests to reach out with any requests, before and throughout their stay.

PICKLEBALL: We have 2 pickleball courts in our backyard and have groups that come and play through the week. The courts are available for guests upon request! We respect the city quiet hours and do not play before 7am and do not play later then 10pm.

Comfortable and Homey

We were very happy with our stay. The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy interstate access. Our family of 4 were comfortable. We had off street parking for two cars, which also made us feel safe. We were happy to discover the reclining sections of the couch after a long, busy day. The hosts were attentive to our questions and kind. It was a great location for us, as we were traveling between Salt Lake City and Provo during the week we stayed. We would definitely stay here again.

Not only was the apartment and managers great but the neighborhood was ideal for Highland/American Fork Canyon.

This was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed but be aware that it is only a 2 bedroom where as the add clearly says 3 bedrooms.

First try at Pickleball

The best part of my stay was interacting with the hosts, Jordan and Jamie! They were very responsive and accommodating! The rooms were clean and well stocked with everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Since I was attending events in Utah Valley, the location was perfect for my visit. The best part of my stay at the Pickleball Manor was actually getting on the courts!

Just Grreeat!!

The property has an excellent location, surrounded by mountains and parks, in excellent condition, very clean and independent. With all the things you may need for your stay in Highland,Ut If one day we returned there, we would definitely try to book with Jamie and Jordan (our hosts) they were excellent people, very friendly and very hospitable. Pickleball Paradise

Our hosts, Jordan and Jamie, were welcoming and communicative. The space is well appointed with everything you would need for a stay with kids - including a play nook. If you love pickleball, this is the place for you. Jordan is an expert in all things pickleball, especially paddles. And there are two courts on the property. We will absolutely be staying here again when we come back any time they have availability. I’d give this property and our hosts TEN stars if I could.

Awesome hosts

Reserved for myself, two college kids, and my daughter and her spouse. The place was perfect for us, my son slept in the living room on the pullout and said the bed was comfortable. I shared the bunk bed with my daughter and gave the queen bed to the married daughter. The living room is very spacious and fit all of us comfortably on the couch. You don’t even feel like you’re in a basement. A bonus that I didn’t realize when we booked the place, there is a pickleball court that you can play on if you reserve the time. The house was centrally located to all our activities and was in a beautiful area of Utah. Jamie and Jordan are super nice and answer your texts promptly. Would definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area.

Wonderful People, Wonderful Property

We stayed here for a few months while we were in the process of moving to the area and it worked out amazingly well. Our families got along well and our kids loved it. The bunk bed has a twin on top, a full on bottom, and a pull-out bed underneath so when my son or daughter were sad at night my wife and I could both sleep in there to help them feel better. Everything inside is in good condition. We were so close to restaurants and grocery stores, especially since Timpanogas Highway gives us a straight shot to all of the shopping and the 15 freeway. We would definitely stay here again if we hadn't just bought a house in the area.

Excellent Property

This property was exactly what we needed for our family during our visit to Utah. The location was great. Everything in the rental was clean and comfortable. We loved curling up every evening by the fireplace. Jordan and Jamie are great hosts!

Great place to stay

This basement apartment is comfortable and has everything we needed for our family. We have 5 children ages 1-14 and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The owners were great to work with. They provided a pack n play for our youngest and allowed our children to play in the back yard. We forgot a couple of items when we left and they were in contact with us so we could arrange to have them picked up. Really felt like they went above and beyond. Highly recommended place to stay!!

Love this place!

I think this was my 6th time staying here. The owners are so hospitable. They give you your space but are available if you need anything. The unit is SUPER clean with everything you need for cooking and toiletries in the bathroom. Plenty of extra bedding. The bunk bed has a trundle and there is a roll-a-way available too. The 2nd room can sleep 3-4. Another smaller child could sleep in the "Kid's Hideout." The location is just off a main highway and super close to restaurants, grocery, gas, and American Fork Canyon. We love this property, the owners, the price, and location!!

We enjoyed our stay. This place was so close to everything! The separate entrance was nice so we could come and go as we pleased. It was clean and equipped with extra sheets and blankets. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful space - perfect for our family!

Hi! My name is Jamie and I've lived here in Utah with my family for almost 10 years and we absolutely love this beautiful state!

We love to spend time with our children and playing board games is one of our favorite activities. We also love travelling as a family. But most of the time you'll find us at our favorite place... the pool! I think my kids (and hubby) are part fish ﾂ

Our favorite place to visit is any place with a beach... Hawaii, Cancun, you name it!
