About this property

Panoramic view and cozy atmosphere for this villa in Creole style

The villa is located about 600 m from the village of Anses d'Arlet in a quiet residential area.
Its dominant position (120 m above sea level) offers a panoramic view of the Caribbean sea, the hills and the town. It benefits from a refreshing natural ventilation.
It has three rooms with sea view, each with its own bathroom and toilet.
The quality of the materials used (wood red tropical, Cumaru, swimming in natural stone, travertine, onyx ...) and its Creole-inspired style make this a charming place to especially pretty decoration.
Built in 2016, this villa has a complete and modern equipment (computer, wifi, bluetooth stereo, LED lighting with dimmer, safe code etc.).
Snorkeling kits (decathlon technology) are freely available to the occupants (children and adults) to allow them to better take advantage of the wealth of the seabed (while reducing their suitcases), and visit the turtle who elected home in 5 bays that includes our little village whose authenticity and quality of the sites are a must in Martinique.
The house has a private parking. It is possible to access to the steps or drive to load more easily unload luggage or shopping (the slope is steep, however).
Stays are marketed from late October 2016, the finishing touches are underway. The series of pictures online will soon be completed (kitchen, bathroom).

Ultimate paradise!

We’ve stayed in a lot of places while travelling…this is now our favourite place!! The house was fantastic, well equipped and so lovely with the covered patio and pool..the view of the town was incredible..the pictures can’t do it justice.. a lovely quiet area..diving and nearby restaurants were wonderful…bakery in every town..we will be back!

Superb villa, perfectly situated above the majestic bay of L'Anse d'Arlet. Idylic serene location with uninterrupted views of the adjacent unspoilt lush green hills and the exceptional bay below where we experienced some of the best snorkeling during our stay. Alles bestens. Tolles Haus mit schönem Ausblick. Man kann einiges unternehmen. Retaurants, Bäcker und kleine Läden sind in der Nähe. Auch frischen Fisch gibt es jeden Tag bei den Fischern zu kaufen. Strand und Palmen-alles da. Auch wer sich Botanik, Historie und/oder Rum ineressiert kommt auf seine Kosten.

Superbe vue et emplacement

Vue imprenable, dont on ne se lasse pas, sur un des plus beaux villages de la Martinique. La montée à pied au retour de la plage peut sembler intimidante au départ, mais il ne faut pas la craindre (et après tout il y a la piscine à l'arrivée...;-) ).

10 jours formidables !

Nous sommes venus passés 10jours dans cette incroyable villa avec deux couples d’amis et 3 enfants en bas âge. Cette maison est juste parfaite, décorée avec goût, une vue dont on ne se lasse jamais à couper le souffle, et une piscine top ! Le bourg des anses d’arlet est à 5 min en voiture et nous avons adoré cet endroit plein de charme. Les plages des anses d’arlet sont très belles et point non négligeable : snorkelling avec des fonds marins magnifiques et des tortues à quelques mètres dans l’eau (et tout le matériel de snorkelling est dispo dans la villa) Sincèrement, allez-y les yeux fermés. Déjà envie d’y retourner. Un tout petit point négatif : il n’y a pas de moustiquaires sur les lits … Séjour de rêve entre amis et nos bébés ! Josephine

Une vue spectaculaire

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette maison extraordinaire qui offre une vue spectaculaire sur la baie de anse d’ arlet. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir des couchés de soleil splendide. Cette maison est très confortable et très bien équipée, la literie est bonne et la cuisine permet de faire de bon repas, rien ne manque. Nous avons passé un séjour reposant et le village nous a apporté toutes les commodités nécessaire. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés pour passer un séjour au paradis…

Magnifique vue et superbe maison

Exceptionnel

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette magnifique maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Très bon équipement ménager, bonne literie. Il n’y a rien à redire. Merci Laurent pour ton accueil, ta gentillesse et ta bienveillance. Un grand merci aussi à Giselle pour son travail remarquable. Le ménage est nickel. Cette maison offre une vue exceptionnelle sur les couchers de soleil et la plage de Anse d’Arlet. Dans les environs il y a la belle plage de Grand Anse et un peu plus loin la plage de Pointe Marin sans oublier les Salines. Pour les plus aventureux n’hésitez pas à aller dans le nord découvrir le Carbet, Saint-Pierre et la belle plage de L’Anse Couleuvre plus sauvage mais très belle. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette magnifique maison.

Easter vacation 2022

We have spent our family vacation (children of age 7 and 11) in this house. If it would have been possible to allocate more than 5 stars I would have done so. The pictures speak for themselves and I confirm that everything looks indeed as shown on the pictures. Some further information that might be relevant for future visitors: - communication with the owners was super. Quick responses, they accommodate requests, have useful tips, etc. - What we appreciate a lot is that this is not just a house for rent but a place that is also used by the owners so that everything is not only beautifully decorated with, inter alia, local and artwork from other islands but also perfectly equipped (nothing missing in the kitchen - if your mission during vacation is to be the chef - , AC in all bedrooms, etc.) - leave your snorkelling equipment at home (and spare the space in your suitcase to take home a remarkable bottle of Rhum); there are masks and fins in all sizes - it should be noted that the house is located high up on a hill; walking down (and even more so up) should be left to ambitious athletes. This means you need a rental car but the overview over the bay, sunset, etc. is spectacular

Séjour fantastique

Nous avons séjourné 9 jours avec nos 2 filles dans cette magnifique et paisible villa très bien équipée pour une maison de vacances ,rien ne manque , nous avons eu un chaleureux accueil de Gisèle avec un punch de bienvenue ,des produits de 1 nécessité qui sont très utiles lorsque nous arrivons tard dans la journée et cette attention je trouve reflète d un grand savoir vivre et de professionnalisme de nos hôtes ,je recommande vivement cette location car elle nous offre aussi tous les soirs de magnifiques couché de soleil, prévoir juste une voiture un peu puissante car il y’a beaucoup de montée en Martinique .La plage qui se trouve à 5 mn de la villa était pour nous au niveau des fonds marins une des meilleures car il y’avait beaucoup de poissons de différentes espèces ,et bien sûr nos amies les tortues avec qui nous avons eu le grand bonheur de nager ,donc entre la villa et la plage tout était au top , merci encore .
