Large, quiet 1-person room in a family home, 2 steps from the Perrache train station!

In a CHEZ L'HABITANT apartment of 60 m2 (shared with me), I offer a large private room with a bed for 2 people, (possibility of adding 1 or 2 extra mattresses and / or a baby bed.) and a pull-out convertible bed in the living room ... or 5 beds.
I'm staying in another room in the apartment.
Old building of the XIX century!
Near shopping center, Confluence peninsula, heart of Lyon, Lyon-Perrache SNCF station, T1 tram (20 mins Part-Dieu), T2, bus, metro A!
A BEDROOM at your disposal, and the rest of the SHARED apartment, fully equipped: kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, utensils, fridge, freezer, television, wi-fi ...), bathroom. , living room.

Close Lyon-Perrache trains stations, shopping-center, heart of Lyon, all transportation, I propose to PRIVATE ROOM (1 Bed for 2 poeple and possibility to put a matress on the floor or baby-bed), and to sofa / truckle bed on the living-room, in a FLATSHARING SYSTEM (I live here too in an other Room). Totally of 5 sleeps for guests (not mine include) on old-style building (From 1860's) with shower-room, living-room, kitchen.

Nous avons eu une grande chambre très propre et spacieuse. Propriétaire très discret, qui nous avait laissé des instructions pour récupérer la clé à notre arrivée malgré son absence. Il a été très avenant en nous laissant un nécessaire de toilettes, des serviettes de bain et des prospectus pour nous guider lors de notre visite à Lyon. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Home from home

Homeowner extremely helpful. In a nice area with easy access to shopping centre, restaurants and public transport. Not far from centre of Lyon and could easily walk there.

Lyon Trip in thunderstorm July

The location was incredible, situated close to all transit and shopping needs/desires. The apartment was cozy and well furnished but dirty. There was mold, dust, and grime through the apartment which we believe caused us to become slightly ill. The kitchen has everything you would need, including plenty of fridge space, but utensils and dishes were not completely clean. Nicolas was kind and respectful. We advise him to do a deep clean of the apartment, replace the filters in the fans, and double check that kitchen items being completely cleaned.
