Hello and thank you for looking at our condo for your next beach vacation!

This newly updated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is at Celadon Beach Resort!
We are located on the Quiet WEST END of the beach directly on the Gulf of Mexico.

Celadon is located approximately 2 miles west of Pier Park. We are also close to Frank Brown Sports Complex and the international airport.

You will find high end luxury furnishings along with new flooring throughout! There are new stainless steel appliances and a new HVAC system has been installed!

There is a BEACH FRONT Master bedroom with NEW KING mattress.

There is also a King Bed in second bedroom.

The bonus Bunk (3rd sleeping quarters) room has twin bunks, television and doors that close for privacy. This room is perfect for the children.

In the living room there is a Queen size sleeper sofa.

Come and see Amazing top floor views from your private balcony! Watch the waves roll in while the dolphins play right outside. Curl up with a good book or enjoy beautiful sunsets!

This condo includes Beach Chair Service! You will get two beach chairs and one umbrella everyday you are here... at NO additional charge!
(March 1st through October 31st.)

As a bonus, this condo comes with a wagon to make trips to the beach easier!
There are two beach chairs in the condo as well.

There are two pools . Both pools areas have hot tubs with large deck and lounge chairs. Tennis/Pickle Ball Court is located on the North side of property.

The Indoor/Outdoor pool is located on the north side of Celadon. The 2nd pool is beach side overlooking the gulf.

High speed internet and Cable TV.

Kitchen is fully equipped which includes automatic drip coffee maker and Keurig.

Breakfast bar has seating for four and the dining table seats four.

There is a Covered 4 deck parking garage and covered crossover walk way for parking.

We have a new water feature at the entrance of the property. The building has been freshly painted. A sound system has been installed for walk-over and on ground floor as you walk out to the beach! Tennis/Pickle Ball court has also been updated, so you now can enjoy both.

We rent to adults and their families. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by parents or older responsible adults (age verification will be required prior to rental).

Occupancy is limited to 8 guests.

Great condo

My husband and I got married at the Celdon 20 years ago in April. It was great to be back. Great location, people were very friendly. The condo had plenty of room and was very nice. Loved having a wagon and chairs available!!

The unit was immaculate when we arrived and we noted all cleaning materials were readily available for our use if we had needed to clean up anything. The kitchen was very well stocked, as were the bathrooms. We were surprised to find ice in the hopper as well as in a storage tray in the freezer. Parking was especially nice since we could park in a covered garage and access to the garage was via an air-conditioned walkway. The luggage carts were well stocked and available close to the elevators. The beach was just steps away, easy access and not crowed while we were staying. The beach service that came with our unit was very useful, the attendant was very cordial and helpful.

Fall Break

We had a great time and enjoyed our week staying here! It was my 15 month olds first time at the beach. The decor is beautiful and overall, the place is very clean and organized. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. I did have a little trouble locating one of the provided beach chairs, but ended up just using one we brought with us. There were tons of sand toys, body boards, and even a wagon made for the sand. The view from the balcony is beautiful! While there we were able to spot a sea turtle (whose nest was right down the beach), sting rays, a sand shark, and multiple pink meanie jellies. As far as the facility goes, our only complaint is how cold the pools were. They were absolutely FREEZING. Beach service was included in our stay and was appreciated when we needed shade for the baby. Overall, great place to stay!

Wonderful Stay

We spent the week at 1702 during the last week of August. Our family had a wonderful time. The property manager is an excellent communicator. The propert had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to cook and prepare meals. The resort itself is very quiet, easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Restful stay

We enjoyed staying here. Only hiccup was issue with the elevators. 2 of 3 went down at the same time. Seeing this has happened previously at Celadon as well. Fortunately tgey were able to get one of the 2 that were down working again. The unit was neat and clean Beds were hard and pillows not supportive enough but we made do. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful in every way!

First i have to say that the owner was absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful and understanding she just made everything go so smoothly. With all that being said the condo was much more beautiful than the pictures. Such a comfortable stay so much room in master and guest rooms. To have the bonus bunk beds was so helpful with 2 young boys. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Most amazing sunsets! If my family comes again next year we will be booking again. 5*

From the moment we entered the condo, we knew our stay would be amazing. It was clean and updated with gorgeous ocean views from the balconies! Just a short ride down the elevator and you’re on the beach!! Lovely!!

Worth EVERY Penny!!

Condo was PERFECT! Beautifully decorated, nice lay out, CLEAN, and WELL stocked. Will book again! Had one small issue with the link not working for the parking pass upon arrival, and ended up getting a warning. If finally worked the next evening. NO fault of the owners at all!! Chair service guys went above and beyond to help me with my elderly mom!!

Great place to stay

This spot is more quiet than towards pier park although not far from everything. The only thing was they were constantly working on the elevators and at one time the elevator was completely out and me and my husband walked up 17 flights of stairs. But other than that it was nice.

The views from the condo were amazing! The condo had great space and the bunk room was perfect for our boys. It was the perfect place to stay for the week. The owner was also easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The only downfall was the elevators. One was out of service (currently being repaired) and the other 2 were always full, had long waits, or were not always working properly. They made a lot of noise. I believe someone mentioned they were going to be replaced too.

Wonderful Spring Break Trip

My family and I had a wonderful time. Great location, everything you need is in this condo and beach chairs were an awesome plus. Only complaint would be the queen mattress in the second bedroom needs replaced badly.

Beautiful condo/minor issues

The condo is beautiful, spacious and well stocked. We were held up from checking in by about 45 minutes due to cleaning staff (super kind lady) still being there. There was a fish smell in the fridge from previous occupants but was brought to the attention of the property manager so that better fridge cleaning can take place. Shower curtain in guest bathroom needs replacing or bleached and pillows and bedding show some staining so replacement or deep cleaning is needed. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay! I would rent again!
