Proximité grand place

Appartement spacieux avec de grandes vitres...( pas facilement accessibles et donc pas nettoyées par l extérieure...dommage )Très bien situé à côté de la grand place...Plage d arrivée et de départ large....système à code pour l entrée de l immeuble et de la porte d' entrée. Quelques planches de parquets dépassent dans l'entrée en épaisseur et peuvent faire trébucher ....Si on repasse à Bruxelles on s y arrêtera à nouveau.

- Very spacious - great location - easy to in-process and out-process - it was a little hot so a fan could be convenient - also a drying rack for Fischer might be beneficial as no risk of dishes falling or breaking - would be not comfort if there is a mirror in the small bathroom and in the bedrooms - we were offered a large and medium towels per person but we never received the medium towels. We asked the cleaning person who was in the property and we understood that she was going to bring some back but we she did. It return back. - overall we would recommend it as it is a good choice for people that would like to stay in Brussels.

Hemos estados unos días en Bruselas y nos hospedamos en este apartamento. Lo mejor la ubicación, sin duda, pero también la estancia en si, con todas las comodidades, muy amplio y limpio. Hemos quedado encantadas. También estamos muy contentas con la atención que nos han dado desde la empresa Smartflats!!! Gracias!!

Great flat

The photos here are for a different flat to what we got. We got a smaller one in the 4th floor. Very nice though. But book direct through smart flats as you'll get the right pictures to choose from and it'll be cheaper.

Lovely apartment, excellent location

Came here for three nights as a group of five friends. The apartment is very modern and clean, with comfortable beds and seating. The location is perfect for exploring Brussels, only a couple of minutes walk from Grand Place. The keyless entry system is great as well, meaning there is no need to carry keys that can be forgotten or lost, only a code is required. I don't really have any criticisms, some more storage would be nice (especially for the person sleeping on the sofabed), but I understand this may make the flat look cluttered. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay, and if I return to Brussels I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thank you SmartFlats

Perfect location in a perfect mantained modern spacious flat

Just steps from city centre and christmas market. Everything in place, spacious rooms all over the flat. Great lounge to arrive at, Ignacio was of a huge help all along. The only minor inconvenience is that if you arrive early, is having to go to a different address to drop off your luggage.
