My husband, our 4 kids and I stayed at Art’s place in Imperial Beach for our vacation. The rooms were spacious and we had plenty of space to spread out! The house was clean and updated. Art was a wonderful host. He helped us with any questions we had about the home and the area.We had an enjoyable vacation!

The home is absolutely beautiful!

It's right off a main road with easy two space parking right in front. The home and furniture are lovely and it's spacious! Our family of ten had plenty of options for sleeping. The property management was super welcoming and maintained quick communication. I hope to be back in the future 😊

Large Family Vacation

We LOVED this house! Great location, so much room. And just a wonderful overall experience. It's larger than it looks in photos and my children sprawled out, laughed, played games, relaxed--just what we needed. We were a family of 10 age ranges from 7+ Art was very kind and attentive. Perfect spot for a family staycation

We rented Art's property during the Thanksgiving weekend for a family staycation in San Diego. It had the perfect spaces for our group of 8 and an infant. Art was great with all the communication. House is very well equipped and a great location close to Imperial beach. Thanks for hosting us!

The property was perfect for our family of 6 adults. Beds were amazingly comfortable, property spacious, and Art provided all we needed for our 3 day stay for a memorial service. Highly recommend!

Great Value

Very nice, fully equipped rental. It is obvious that thought went into ensuring the unit was well stocked with features and appliances to make the stay comfortable. Lots of sleeping options, comfortable beds, electronics, and areas to hang out. Great to have dedicated parking spots. Art was very responsive to questions/requests during the stay. We have family in Coronado so will definitely try to stay here again on future visits. The property is a very good value for this area and we really enjoyed our stay.

It was a great stay. Very modern and updated. We loved having the large space where we could all gather and play games, watch tv and talk. The beds were comfortable. The location was within a 5 minute drive of the beach. Would stay there again.
