Great location, quiet, close to the bus stop: 21 walk. 20 m drive to the Vail transit center. Clean, spacious, well appointed. Remodeled bathroos. Nice and convenient kitchen. Everything like we needed!
We had a blast staying at Dele's place. It was a perfect spot for our young family during the summer and they were sweet, responsive hosts. Than you so much!
Located within walking distance of a huge park, hiking, and the Vail Raquet Club, we loved this location. Quick access to the bus stop as well. Very comfortable accommodations for our family of 4. Property management was extremely engaged & helpful. Will definitely stay here again!
Lovely home tucked away from the hustle and bustle! Can’t beat the views and the quiet! Big Horn Park is close enough for kids to play while you watch from the house but still allows privacy! Highly recommend
A beautiful home with plenty of room for the six adults. Great location with a short walk to the shuttle for downtown and the slopes. The owner was very responsive to our requests.
The place was great and host was very accommodating.. about 25 minute shuttle ride to vail. If you’re looking for a hottub with your stay, this isn’t it.. $35 per person per day to use one.
Wonderful place for two families and amazing location
Everything was fantastic about this place. It's definitely dated, but nonetheless cared for extremely well, super clean, incredibly quiet and private, and everything works perfectly. It was very comfortable and roomy for two families of four. And the location is simply awesome, right next to the park, Gore Creek, and the bus stop to Vail. We've been searching for a place to buy in Vail for about two years and this would be at the top of our list ... if it were for sale!
The location was perfect for our month-Long visit in Vail. Location could not have been easier to access the public bus with ample parking for our cars.
Daily addressed every issue that arose with expedient efficiency.
The set up is excellent for two couples and kids.
Our recommendations include additional ice trays, and a couple of extra kitchen tools if you plan on cooking.
property support team is incredible -Every morning the walkway was shoveled before we left and salted, which was amazing considering the amount of snow we got.
This was not the case with the parking lot that is managed by the complex.
Everything else was well supplied.
The early morning view from the living room as the sun rises- made my day
Would stay again in a minute!!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Erroneous Listing + Safety Hazard
House is reasonably clean and is close to the Vail shuttle which is nice but the house is not as listed
1) Hot tub is shown as an amenity and the main description implies access to the Racquet Club and that is not included ($35 per person per day for access!) Hot tubs during ski season cost a major premium.
2) No smoke detectors on the first floor including the Kitchen and Bedroom. Smoke detector on second floor main area appears very old and I question if it still works but I couldnt reach without a ladder. Its incredibly dangerous to not have a smoke detector in a kitchen or bedroom, let alone both.
3) Listing says 1,800 square feet but real estate listing says 1,595 (and it certainly feels smaller than 1,800 square feet).
4) Loft is listed as a bed (and likely incorrectly included in the living square footage) however do not expect an adult to make it up there. We are reasonably athletic and in our 30's but none of us could manage sleeping in that bed.
5) Only one person can shower at a time and you cant run an appliance at the same time as a shower.
Perfect location. Short drive , or bus ride, to Vail Village. Excellent property for 3 couples..enabling each couple to have their own bedroom and bath. Nice size kitchen and living area. Well stocked for arrival. Would definitely recommend!
Very accommodating property! Only have one note to self- Bring extra ice trays as the Association does not allow a water line to the freezer/fridge. You may need it as the fridge did not appear to hold a cold setting. Owner was very attentive to our needs/concerns. Definitely recommend this diamond find!!!
Beautiful and clean house with everything you need. Owner is very nice and responsive. Close to shuttle bus stop which bring to Vail village on the snowy day. Especially enjoy the upgraded new kitchen cooking ware. 👍
This is a fantastic property with a fantastic location. I would recommend fans as an option in the rooms, but other than that it was unbelievable. The location next to the park was perfect for our family. The only other suggestion is maybe a welcome guide with info on local store options, bus info , typical vacationers information.
We really enjoyed our stay! Love the location in East Vail. Kids were able to sled and ice fish right out the door at the park. Would be great in the spring/summer as well! I should have read previous reviews more closely, but bring a big pot if you plan to cook for a larger group. That was the only thing missing. Comfortable house and perfect location for families. Easy drive or shuttle to Vail for skiing. We plan to go back!
This cabin was great to stay in for the weekend with friends. Great mountain views and everything we needed was at the cabin. Really close to the bus stop that takes you into Vail village. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to make a trip to Vail!
We loved staying here. It’s an easy bus ride or drive to the mountain but far enough away that you can unplug and unwind. Very well updated and well stocked. Location was quiet without any traffic noise. Bring something to stream on if you’re planning to watch tv, only about 10 basic cable channels on the TVs.
