The villa is located on the heights of Gruissan in a privileged natural environment, outside the summer tumult and nevertheless 3 minutes from the port.

Villa avec tout le confort nécessaire pour des vacances

Seul bémol pas de chauffage dans les salles de bain et à cette époque de l'année c'est un peu juste. Surtout que la maison est un peu humide.Bonne situation car au calme mais proche du port

A notre arrivee pas de chauffage .maison froide longue à chauffer.pas de radiateurs dans les salles de bain.dans la chambre du haut de l eau au sol . Nous y sommes restes3 jours imaginez!!!Dommage !

sympa sans plus

la localisation est bien sympa au bord de la pinède mais assez loin de la plage. logement fonctionnel bien équipé pour la cuisine mais peu de linge de couchage et pas de serviettes de toilette néanmoins très gros problème d'humidité - quand nous sommes arrivés, les sols du salon et de la chambre étaient inondés. il y a aussi de la moisissure au plafond - tout était humide - le titre de l'annonce "superbe villa" est abusif

tout allait bien, bon endroit, bons lits, bonne townhouse. Tout comme il n'y avait pas de serviettes, vous devez vous renseigner à l'avance avant de payer, ainsi que sur le nettoyage final, pour lequel vous devez payer séparément si vous ne souhaitez pas laver vous-même le sol et les salles de bains.

Très agréable maison de vacances

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l emplacement, très proche de la ville et au calme dans la pinède..parking devant.t la maison et très bon agencement à l'intérieur avec tout ce dont on a besoin ..(cuisine aménagée, chambres de belle taille). Je recommande ! Peut être qu en été c est plus bruyant mais pour ce week-end du 1er mai c était parfait .

Casa en pésimas condiciones de higiene. Encontramos casquillos de cerveza, papeles, colillas, la vitrocerámica no funcionaba.... Un desastre. El mismo día por la noche decidimos irnos y no se responsabiliza el propietario de ninguna de las maneras.

Endroit idéal au calme, parking aisé. L'intérieur manque de charme. Style assez vieillot. Sol et boiseries à revoir. Pas de chauffage dans les sdb. PAS DE COUETTES!! Nous avons heureusement trouvé un plaid dans une armoire..

Un coin de paradis.

Très jolie villa, au calme, bien agencée, et lumineuse côté jardin, comme côté pinède. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. La plage des chalets était extra pour se baigner et pour les longues promenades. Et la maison idéale pour se relaxer et vivre à l'aise. Merci encore à Monsieur Lacroix très accueillant et sympathique.

Lieu idéal hors saison

Maison sympathique, bien équipée, à proximité de tout : port, commerces de bouche, plage et syndicat d'initiative pour connaître les lieux de balade. Le propriétaire est très avenant et explique très bien comment y accéder. Nous envisageons d'éventuellement y retourner : la région se prête à une foule d'activités, même avec la pandémie.
