At the entrance our family house you can park your cars (3-4 cars possible).

The house is located on the heights of the village, on a beautiful plot of about 4000m2. A pleasant 12-minute walk takes you to the nearest shops, with views of the waterfall and the village of Cotignac.

* Electric vehicles are not allowed to charge at the property. Public charging stations are available in Cotignac.
* Not permitted for parties or bachelor parties.

Schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht
Der Pool war für uns völlig ausreichend, kommendes Jahr soll es aber einen noch größeren Pool geben. Die Aussicht ist klasse und das Haus bietet viel Platz! Die Anfahrt ist leider etwas schwierig, da die Straßen in der Gegend häufig sehr eng sind. Wenn man sich "eingefahren" hat, ist es aber kein Problem. Im Ort gibt es viele Restaurants in denen man gut essen kann (Reservierung empfohlen). Alle Schlafräume und die Wohnzimmer sind klimatisiert, so dass man auch bei größter Hitze sehr gut schlafen kann bzw. sich tagsüber mal abkühlen (wenn das nicht im Pool geschieht). Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Marion war klasse, bei Problemen (Elektroausfall) hat sie sich sofort gekümmert und innerhalb kürzester Zeit war Abhilfe geschaffen.

Repos en Provence verte
Jolie maison sur les hauteurs du village que l'on peut d'ailleurs rejoindre à pieds par un joli chemin. Maison accueillante, bien équipée et confortable. Seul bémol: peut-être faudrait-il envisager à changer la literie qui d'ailleur ne correspond pas à l'annonce. Superbe séjour. :-)

Le cachet d'une maison de famille dans un environnement exceptionnel.
Au coeur de la Provence verte et sur les hauteurs de Cotignac ,un des plus beaux villages de France, nous avons passé avec nos enfants et petits enfants de très belles vacances dans cette maison de famille .Chacun y a trouvé sa place . On ne se fatigue pas de la vue offerte à chaque repas.Nous descendions avec plaisir à pied vers Cotignac par un sentier pittoresque. De la maison possibilité de rayonner dans la région avec toutes ses richesses :marchés,lacs,gorges,cités médiévales,production de vins....et éventuellement la mer. Après chaque escapade nous retrouvions avec bonheur le calme de la maison et le chant des cigales. Merci également à Marion pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Wunderschön!
Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus mit 9 Personen ( darunter 2 Kinder unter 10Jahre) knapp 10 Tage verbracht. Das Haus bietet Platz für knapp 11 Personen. Wir hatten mit 9 Personen immer noch gut Freiheit. Das Haus liegt auf dem Berg und man hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick vom Garten/Pool. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Wir haben hier alles notwendige gefunden. Das Haus war sauber. Zum Ort Cotignac braucht man zu Fuß ca 10min. Zurück ca 15min, da es Berg auf geht. Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Ein Supermarkt, Tabakladen, Souveniergeschäft und Restaurants. Einziges Manko war, dass in der deutschen übersetzten Anzeige die Bettwäsche plus Handtücher inklusive stand. Nach unserem Aufenthalt sagte uns die Vermittlerin, dass die Bettwäsche plus Handtücher 15€ pro Person kosten würde. Schade war, dass auch durch zeigen der Anzeige auf deutsch (mit der Fewo App) nicht richtig darauf eingegangen wurde. Wenn wir dies gewusst hätten, hätten wir Bettwäsche selbst mitgebracht. Alles im allen war es aber ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Empfehlenswert!

Beautiful, Relaxing, and Great Location
My family and I loved staying at this house. It was a hilly but beautiful 10-minute walk to Cotignac village. The views from the home were spectacular; both countryside and waterfall, from the backyard and most bedrooms. We stayed with kids and were very pleased with how much they enjoyed the Home. The stairs to the first and 2nd floor were a little steep but there was a door that prevented the little ones from climbing up them without us. We loved this Home and appreciated Marion’s help. We would definitely stay here again!
