Perfect Bayside Condo

Enjoy fabulous sunrises overlooking Lemon Bay on your own private balconies!

The condo has recently been renovated as of January 2024. Everything is new and beautiful: flooring, cabinets, furniture, appliances.

This 1st floor condo is designed for maximum Florida beauty without the extra cost of a beachfront unit. The end unit has a large screened in lanai right off of the living room and a small balcony attached to the bedroom. The gulf beach is a 2 minute walk from the condo, and the condo has a large heated pool for your enjoyment. Tenants also have access to bayside docks, one boat slip can be reserved for each rental.

The unit has a cozy and comfortable living room with a sofa and 2 arm chairs. Guests can relax inside or outside on the lounge chairs. The unit is equipped with wireless internet and cable television.

The condo has 1 spacious bedroom with a king size bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa to allow for up to 4 guests.

This unit is made for maximum relaxation. An outdoor grilling area with picnic tables right next to the water is available for use. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking and baking needs, including a dishwasher.

For those of you who want a break from cooking, there are several grill/bar restaurants within walking distance from the condo. Most of them offer live band music.

Central air conditioning is provided. Towels and linens are provided.

Englewood Beach is conveniently located between Sarasota and Ft. Myers. It is on gorgeous white sand beaches that are full of activities. Shelling, snorkeling, boating, beach combing and kayaking are some of the activities within minutes of your doorstep. There are numerous and wonderful eateries, golf courses and shopping districts.

There are boat slips which can be reserved for no additional cost on a first come, first serve basis. The boat slips can accommodate a boat up to 23 feet long.

Almost perfect

The location was perfect. However, The constant drilling into cement on my corner, both by entryway and balcony was the ONLY deterrent to my Mar. month. Really could not enjoy the balcony for the last 2 weeks. But, owner was aware, and did make a very nice gesture with a partial refund. Had no idea that they were still recouping from IAN.

SUPERB Bay-Stay

Superb communication with Host & Owner. Cozy & immaculate condo with everything new. The bay side is more interesting and entertaining than the Gulf side with a parade of boats & pelicans. There was more beach equipment than we’ve ever seen from a rental. POOL is a definite plus for swimmers! I could actually do laps. Very short walk/drive to the bridge, stores, restaurants. Great walking paths. Would definitely stay there again!

Peaceful Place

We really enjoyed the Englewood area. The amount of different beaches, bays, turtles, dolphins, stingrays, birds and other attractions was great. There are quite a few excellent restaurant options as well. The condo was well furnished and comfortable. The view from the lanai was killer. The drawbacks were the laundry facilities which were extremely hot and the lack of process which led to a lot of confusion and really soured the mood.

Just what I needed!

Property was just as advertised! Plenty of beach gear/pool towels & a very convenient beach wagon. Had the pool to myself & it was very clean. Condo is within walking distance of several restaurants & beach is right across the street. Sitting on the lanai watching the boats was my favorite! I really didn’t want to leave but hope to stay again next summer!

nice room and view. rehab above the room was noisy and the repair dust and material was on the lanai. there was material coming off the ceiling above the stove. I don't think we would have rented the room if we knew prior the repair was going on! We were contacted about the repair after we checked in?????

Nice condo

It was a nice condo. Could use a little updating but overall nice. We ran into an issue of not being able to swim in the pool that is right next to our condo because a resident who lived there told us no one was allowed in the pool who wasn’t potty trained?? We brought our 8 month old baby and was so excited to have him swim so this was a buzzkill. We ended up walking to the condo across the street and using theirs but definitely not ideal! So just a heads up if you’re traveling with small kids who want to swim all the time.

Lovely Location

The apartment has a lovely view of the bay and was a short, five-minute walk to the Gulf. It was well appointed and had just the right amount of space for my wife and myself.

Great Location

Overall this was a great little spot. Beautiful view of the bay, walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the sunsets over the water. We had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. I would recommend this condo, you can’t beat the location.

super nice place for 2 to 4 people. loved the sunrise over the bay and super short walk to the sunset over the gulf. fishing was fantastic from the piers. snook, sheepshead, even saw what looked like a family of angelfish. dolphins always in the bay. steps from the restaurants. easy in and out of the door because you don't need to remember a key. will try to book again in the future. The property was clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the view of Lemon Bay from our balconey. The ocean was a short walk and worth the time to go. Watched sunsets from the beach. It was a lovely break from the cold north weather. We plan to go back.

Wonderful View!

El Galeon is a lovely complex! We enjoyed watching boats on the bay. Our condo had everything we needed for our 6 week stay from beach chairs, beach cart, to umbrella! Refrigerator needs to be updated ; other appliances were fine. Nice 1 bedroom/1bath unit! And Jennifer the property manager was excellent!

Paradise on the Key

Great location, clean unit. Comfortable King Sized bed. Wonderful mornings and evenings on the balcony enjoying Lemon Bay. Only “complaint” is the unit isn’t available for us to visit again in March. We’ll be back!

Location is great

We have been staying in Englewood for several years. You cannot beat this location. The unit is pretty good but could use a few updates such as a bed that stays stationary (it is on wheels and moves easily) and replacement of the drawer pulls in the bedroom. It could also use some updates in the kitchen such as a newer fridge and some better utensils, oven mitts etc. It could also be better organized throughout to provide storage for the guests (especially in the bedroom drawers and closet). We did really appreciate the number of hangers in the closet. It was nice not to have to buy any for a 2 week stay. That being said, the price point is very good, the view into the bay is nice and the location is fantastic. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, ice chests and even a beach cart for taking things to the beach. Jennifer was helpful and made the reservation/check in and out process seemless. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Amazing view steps from the beach

Lagoon views to die for - you can see so many birds from a screened balcony - endless source of entertainment. Beach just across the road. Good pool in the complex. Condo super quiet - we rarely saw or heard any other people. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook many meals. The owner is super helpful and responsive. Great instructions provided before we arrived with everything we needed to know and more. The condo is a bit older - but in this location with these views - great choice for us!

Quaint Getaway

My husband and I booked this unit for a getaway for two. We have stayed at this condo complex in the past and loved the location and how quiet the complex is. This unit was perfect for the two of us.
