Charming outbuilding of 30 m², located 20 minutes from Bordeaux and 35 minutes from the ocean. Close to Mérignac airport (10 mins). The new Bordeaux stadium is 30 minutes away. All comfort, calm and relaxing near the forest. Nestled in the depths of a peaceful subdivision, the accommodation is a maisonette located on the property ... a master bedroom with a double bed of 140 and a large wardrobe. 2 bunk beds in the corridor going from the bedroom to the living room and serving the shower room and the toilet. Kitchen and living room with ceramic hob and microwave. Kettle, filter coffee maker, pressure cooker, stove and saucepan. Tv with tnt, wifi or wired internet. Electric shutters on all windows ... Everything is clean and well equipped. Furnished terrace, view of garden and forest not overlooked. Visit deer when they decide! Provision of garden games (ball, badminton ...) Access to many paths for ballad, running and mountain biking. Super service in a super quiet corner and at a reasonable price justified by the size of the accommodation and the inaccessible location. Vehicle or bicycle mandatory for access to shops but everything is close enough (2 to 3 km).
