For your convenience we provide a reserved parking space for your rental car in the garage under the building. You will find snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, sand toys, boogie boards, and beach towels in our storage closet in the garage.

HOUSE RULES
The Board of Directors of Kahaluu Bay Villas has established a set of House Rules to govern the property. Generally,the following are prohibited:
• Smoking anywhere on Kahaluu Bay Villas premises, including inside all units and in all common areas
• Loud noise between the hours of 9 p.m. and 9 a.m.
• Parking anywhere other than the single reserved spot assigned to this unit (#10).
• Use of the pool between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m.
• Children under 12 years of age in the pool area without adult supervision
• Running, diving, climbing, and other rough play in the pool area
• Beach towels, boogie boards, or other unsightly items stored on lanais (front, back, or upper)
• Babies in the pool without swim diapers
• Glass receptacles in the pool area
• Alcoholic beverages in common areas other than the barbecue area of the pool
• Pets
• Drunk or disorderly behavior
• Illegal substances or activities
