Old Naples Relaxation
Visiting Naples is what you make of it. In this case, the location of this property is 100%. Two-minute walk to all activities on S.3d St or 10 minutes to 5th Avenue. Five minutes to the beach. Private parking, so no issues.

Very nice property! Very close to beach..easy walk. Wagon, umbrellas, beach chairs and cooler provided. Very clean and nicely furnished. Communicating with the owners was very quick. Thank you for sharing your property!

We stayed Wednesday to Sunday and walked everywhere: the beach (2 blocks away), historical Naples (2 blocks from the center) and downtown (4 blocks away). Great location, quiet space, excellent hospitality.

Perfect location for us and our dog!
Being able to bring our dog was a great convenience, the location was great with a park right out the back door! Not to mention the ease of getting to the beach, shops and eating.

Great outdoor patio; the BEST location for walking to Third Street shops and restaurants and to the beach. We found the stroll (15min) to 5th Ave. very easy (we are in our 70’s). Marilynn was exceptionally responsive to our needs!!

Christmas in Naples
We enjoyed the comfortable layout with the overstuffed couches and firm comfortable king bed. The outdoor porch overlooking the neighborhood vest pocket park with the gazebo was particularly appealing. Also appealing was the convenience to third Street shops and restaurants and the short walk to 5th Avenue and the pier/beaches.

Perfect in every way!
We had a fabulous stay and can't wait to return! Close to everything but still incredibly quiet. An easy walk to the beach as well as stores and restaurants on 3rd and 5th. Patio was perfect for alfresco dinners at home. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Marilynn and Gary were wonderful hosts.

Absolutely wonderful!
Beautiful, clean, elegantly decorated home with everything supplied. Outdoor space was so lovely and quiet. Small park next door was nice for peaceful morning walks. Hosts even supplied a cooler, umbrella and chairs for the beach! When hurricane switched direction, hosts called and were most concerned about our safety. They were so kind. We plan to make this a yearly trip!

This was a perfect location for our long weekend. It was a short walk to the beach, which we went to daily. It was a shorter walk to 3rd street district. We enjoyed dinner at several local restaurants. We also enjoyed sitting on the patio. We would definitely rent here again.

Great little getaway
First time in Naples and this property was the perfect spot to get to the beach and the nightlife. All we needed was beach towels, beach chairs an umbrella and a cooler. Everything was there to accommodate us. Clean property and comfortable accommodations

We have stayed at this location twice and plan to book it each time we visit Naples. The location is excellent, with the beach a short walk away and 3rd Street just a block away. 5th Avenue is also very close. Despite being near these attractions, the area is very quiet. It's a fantastic place to rent.

Great, Convenient Location in Olde Naples
If you want the perfect location to walk around Olde Naples, this is your spot; easy walking distance to the beautiful beach, restaurants, 3rd Street shops/restaurants and 5th Avenue shops/ restaurants. While the cottage decor may be a bit dated for some, it is well-maintained, very clean and comfortable, and equipped with everything you would need during your stay. On top of that, Marilyn was incredibly responsive and helpful on any questions we had. We would not hesitate to stay here again when we return to Naples.
