1km from the sea, at the entrance to the Crozon peninsula, this house is located in an old farmhouse renovated into 2 gites in 2013. It will allow you to discover the wild coast and the beaches of the bay of Douarnenez from the GR34 path.
Ground floor: kitchen with 50 m² living room / lounge and fireplace, wc + utility room. Upstairs: 1 bedroom 1 160x200 bed with private bathroom, 1 double bedroom 90x200 with living room and dressing room, bathroom, wc.
BEDS MADE ON ARRIVAL, Electric heater, LL, LV, TV DVD, HIFI, WIFI, raclette machine, classic coffee maker + Senséo coffee maker. Large fridge + separate freezer. Enclosed garden facing south with lounge, barbecue and terrace, garden shed and swing games and slide for children.

Wir waren 3 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen ruhigen sehr gut eingerichteten, sauberen Ferienhaus. Caroline, unsere Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie hatte viele Tipps für uns. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut. Wir wurden mit frischem Gemüse und Blumen aus dem eigenen Garten, Cidre und leckeren Keksen empfangen. Wir waren bereits vor 7 Jahren schon einmal in ihrem Haus und würden es jederzeit empfehlen und wir werden sicher noch einmal dort hinfahren. Es ist eine gute Lage, um zu Ausflügen zu starten. Zu Fuß ist der Strand gut zu erreichen. Es gibt sehr schöne Wanderwege und auch die Strände sind super. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub. Vielen Dank an die Mutter von Caroline, die uns einen Far de Breton gebacken hat, den Besten, den wir dort bekommen haben.

A recommander sans hésitation

Avons passé une excellente quinzaine après un accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire. Le gite au calme est parfait, rien ne manque pour nous assurer un séjour des plus agréable. La région et toute la presqu'ile est à découvrir. De plus le temps nous a été favorable.

Fantastic gîte in Brittany

We spent two months at this rental in a small hamlet in Finistère and found it to be perfect. It is in an extremely quiet small neighborhood with an easy walk to the coast. The house has large windows and a southern exposure; the front garden warms up nicely even when the temperature is moderate. The flower gardens around the property are a delightful bonus. Every detail has been well thought out - from the place to put your shoes and coats when you come in the door to the best equipped kitchen we've seen in a rental, including enough dishes and silverware so you don't have to continually wash dishes. The furniture and beds are very comfortable and the provided linens were in very good condition. There is plenty to do in the immediate area, particularly if you like to hike or do anything wind-powered (kiteboarding, parasailing, windsurfing, etc). The town of Crozon (15 minutes away) has everything necessary, including a daily marché.

Fantastischer Urlaub in der Bretagne

Wir haben wunderbare zwei Wochen in der Finistere verlebt. Das Ferienhaus läßt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles vorhanden, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Terrasse und der Garten laden zur Erholung ein. Der Empfang ist sehr herzlich und mit Englisch kommt man bei den Eigentümern und in der Bretagne sehr gut zurecht. Die Landschaft ist einmalig schön und das Wandern und Baden an super Ständen macht einfach nur Spaß. Danke für den tollen Urlaub sagen die Berliner

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire, avec en plus de délicieux produits de bienvenue. Le gîte est très agréable, spacieux, fonctionnel, très bien équipé et au calme pour un repos bienfaiteur. Il est très bien situé pour rayonner sur la presqu'île de Crozon. Les dates de notre séjour ne nous ont pas permis de profiter pleinement des attractions touristiques ( restaurants, lieux de visite, magasins pas encore ouverts) Nous ne manquerons pas de recommander ce gîte

Comme à la maison !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette magnifique maison spacieuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de soin, à la propreté irréprochable, et en prime, une literie parfaite. Le jardin est grand, les enfants peuvent y jouer en toute sécurité (les balançoires ont fait l'unanimité), très agréable tout comme la terrasse dont nous avons même pu profiter (pourtant nous étions début avril !). Nous nous y sommes donc sentis très bien. Rien n'a manqué ! Nous avons également apprécié le calme absolu et la proximité des plages (celle de Pentrez est magnifique et offre la possibilité de pratiquer de multiples activités comme le char à voile par ex.). La maison est idéalement située pour partir à la découverte du patrimoine architectural et naturel du Finistère (la Pointe du Penhir, Locronan, le Ménez Hom sont tout proche, possibilité également de découvrir la pointe du Raz, Concarneau et les petits ports de la côte Sud, Brest et l'Océanopolis). Enormément de documentation sur toute la région mis à disposition. Wifi gratuit qui fonctionne parfaitement. C'est une maison très bien entretenue que nous recommandons vivvement.

Séjour très agréable

Gîte très propre et très fonctionnel. Il est très bien équipé de tout le nécessaire et en excellente qualité. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très attentionnés. Es ist ein modernes, helles und sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger Lage im Innenhof eines ehemaligen Bauernhofes. Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge auf die Halbinsel Crozon oder einfach einen Strandurlaub, es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Bücher und Karten über die Region, ein Garten mit Grill und ein kleiner Spielplatz für kleinere Kinder - es ist an alles gedacht. Das Haus lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank auch nochmals an die Gastgeberfamilie für den netten Empfang. Sehr empfehlenswert ist der bei Flut etwas unscheinbare Strand wenn man dem Weg von Ferienhaus zum Meer folgt. Bei Ebbe verwandelt sich dieser in einen echten Traumstrand! Thanks very much for a great time in a lovely house. We appreciated the friendly welcome with flowers, cidre and self-made "Far" very much. The house is situated close to the sea and quite close to a couple of sights. A very pretty shore is within walking distance - even prettier than the big one in St. Nic. It's a good idea to travel along the sea-side, where you can find several hidden forts and really pretty places. The house provides maps and books about the region. We can recommend the place highly and hope to come back soon!

Wunderschönes geschmackvolles ruhiges Ferienhaus.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem ca. 1 km fußläufig vom Strand entfernten Dorf. Frau Chmura ist eine liebenswerte sehr bemühte Gastgeberin. Als Empfangsgeschenke warteten ein Blumenstrauß, ein selbstgebackener Kuchen und eine gekühlte Flasche Cidre auf uns. Eine ausführliche Einweisung in allen Räumen und viele Tipps für Auslugsziele. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, neu, ruhig und super geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man hat alles was man braucht. Eine Mappe mit Informationen über die Umgebung, Wanderkarten, Spiele, Bücher etc. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Waschmaschine, 2 WC, 2 Bäder. Geschirrspüler, Induktionsherd. Alles neu und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist toll sowohl um direkt zu Fuß zu starten oder erst ein kleines Stück mit dem Auto und dann einen Wanderweg einzuschlagen. Die Bretagne ist wunderschön, wir hatte gutes Wetter und einen wundervollen Urlaub mit viele Erholung und Ruhe. Wir empfehlen diese Ferienhaus gern weiter und überlegen im nächsten Jahr wieder zu kommen. Merci bien und alles erdenklich Gute der Familie Chmura.

Un gîte splendide, aménagé avec goût et très spacieux. Un très bon accueil et des conseils judicieux de la part des propriétaires, afin d'optimiser notre séjour. Recommandation spéciale pour la randonnée des îles vierges ( cartes à disposition au sein du gîte) et la pêche aux crevettes à la plage de St Nic-Pentrez... Des caps toujours aussi magnifiques. Adresse à recommander sans hésitation.

Maison toute équipée avec jardin très bien située

Très belle maison entièrement refaite à neuf, décorée avec goût, moderne. Tout confort, très bien équipée, wifi fonctionne parfaitement. Jardin très agréable avec terrasse et balançoire et toboggan. Équipement bébé, plein de jeux pour les enfants. Parfait pour des vacances en famille. Idéalement située, au calme. Proche plages et commerces. Région magnifique, chaque pointe de la presqu'île est une surprise, rando, plage, port, visite, ...! Bref de superbes vacances!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte confortable et à la déco soignée. La Bretagne est très jolie aves ses belles côtes et dans chaque recoin un spectacle différent. Merci pour ce bon far breton et pour le cidre. Une super région, un temps magnifique, des balades, les rochers, pêche aux crustacés, coucher de soleil, pleins de souvenirs. vacances appreciées

Après une longue route, quelle joie d'être chaleureusement accueillis comme nous l'avons été à Lézargol ! Le gîte vaste et très joliment décoré était parfaitement propre. Sa propriétaire nous a gratifié de charmantes attentions : une bouteille de cidre au frais, un délicieux far dans le four, des légumes et des fleurs du jardin. Sa situation géographique s'est révélée idéale : une magnifique plage à deux kilomètres pour le farniente, des paysages sublimes autour de la presqu'île et des découvertes culturelles multiples pour les amateurs de vieilles pierres que nous sommes : Quimper, Concarneau, Locronan, les célèbres enclos paroissiaux ... Nous reviendrons !

Erholsamer Urlaub in einem sehr konfortablen Haus

Wir haben leider nur 2 Wochen in diesem schönen und sehr ruhigen Haus verbracht. Die Beschreibung des Hauses entsprach dem was wir erwartet und vorgefunden haben. Das Haus war sauber mit allem Komfort (W-Lan perfekt). Wir haben uns sehr gefreut über den Willkommensgruß (Blumen und Far breton). Für Wanderer, Ruhesuchende und Strandliebhaber ist die Lage ideal. All unsere Fragen über die Region und deren Möglichkeiten wurden bei der Einweisung von den Eigentümern bestens beantwortet. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub hier verbracht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
