POOL CLOSURE FOR SUMMER 2025: Please note that the pool will be closed from June 2nd through August 1st, 2025, due to scheduled maintenance. This timeline may be extended depending on the progress of the work. During this period, the gym, grill, fire pit, and part of the sky lounge will remain open and available for guest use as usual. Rates have already been adjusted to reflect the temporary closure.

Entering this 5th-floor condo gives you the feeling of space, the tall ceilings and open layout provide the Loft feel that the building was designed for.  The decor is modern in style, featuring exposed brick and flat concrete walls, rich wood and cool blues for a hip, downtown feel.

Located inside of one of the newest projects in the Romantic Zone - Loft 268 - this condo is located just one block from Basilio Badillos Restaurant Row, home to some of the best-rated eateries and renowned galleries, and three blocks from the Romantic Zones famous Los Muertos Beach.

This condo is on the west side of the building which protects it from direct sunlight for most of the day. The bedroom features a king size bed that is very comfortable and conveniently hosts a bedside table on each side. A smart TV is on display to catch your favorite Netflix shows before going to bed.  A window in the bedroom provides natural air and light and has blackout blinds for privacy.

The kitchen's quartz countertops shine alongside the stainless steel appliances. For those who cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. Meals are served at the wooden dining table with seating for up to 6.

The living area has a comfortable sleeper sofa and two additional chairs to seat up to 5 people. Watch your favorite news and entertainment channels on the flat screen TV through an internet cable service or browse media through your favorite Smart TV Apps such as Netflix and YouTube.

The oversized bathroom has dual sinks, a huge shower and plenty of lighting.

This condo is brand new and contains all the modern amenities. Air conditioner mini splits and fans in each room, full-size washer and dryer, and security safe for your valuables.

The Neighborhood

Loft 268 is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo Street is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Loft 268.

The beach is a short walk, just 2 blocks west of Loft 268. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc.

Security

This is a gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7. If guests come to visit you, you'll be able to see their faces on a video screen in the condo and can chat with them before deciding to let them in. This building is very safe in a safe neighborhood.

Interaction with Guests

A member of our team will meet you at the building for check-in. Afterward, you can reach us by call or text 24 hours a day OR drop by our local office, located just one block away.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules:

- An open rooftop from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- A gym open from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, only 2 people at a time can use it and a reservation in advance is required.
- The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 1:00 p.m. for maintenance reasons.
- A roofop bar open 7-days a week from 12:30pm to 7:30pm (Opening at 1pm on Wednesdays for rooftop and pool cleaning).
- Only two guests' visitors per unit are allowed in the condo and the common areas from 9 AM to 11 PM. They will need to register upon arrival on a binnacle and show a piece of ID.
- Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas during their stay, which will be provided at check-in.

Getting Around

You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is within walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town Uber, taxis, and busses are readily available.

Other Things to Note
Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas, which will be provided at check-in during their stay. Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace.
