Perfect Downtown Frankenmuth Location! Sleeps Up to 12 and Walk to Everything!

Welcome to your new home away from home! This charming 4 bed 2 1/2 bath home is fully stocked with almost everything you will need for your stay. Located about 2 minutes walking distance to Frankenmuth Brewery, this location is perfect for easy walks Downtown, and just 5 minutes away from Bronners and 12 minutes away from Birch Run Outlets! Enjoy watching horse drawn carriages pass by while relaxing on the swing on your covered porch!

Inside the home you will find plenty of room for guests to spread out either upstairs or down. Full granite kitchen stocked with everything you will need for your stay, spacious dining room, living room with sleeper sofa and smart TV, and one bedroom and full bath on the main floor for those not wanting to tackle the trip upstairs. Linens and towels are provided for your stay.

Upstairs the home features 3 bedrooms and another full bath. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed along with a HUGE separate room with a futon and additional queen air mattress perfect for kids. Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed as well as a full size bed that again, is a perfect set up for parents and children. Bedroom 3 is a little smaller but functional with a full size bed. Bedroom 4 is on the main level and has another queen size bed. All beds are memory foam! The home also now features an on-demand water heater, never run out of heat for showers!

The basement has a finished area complete with a game area with assorted card and board games, card table and chairs, and smart TV! This area also has a convenient half bath as well. Laundry is located downstairs as well and is available for use during your stay!

All in all this home has everything you need for a quiet relaxing vacation!

Book Club weekend

Our Book club had so much fun in Frankenmuth and this cute little house was perfect for it. The house is located just off the Main Street and all of the shops and restaurants, it had everything we needed and Scott was a gem to work with, we decided to come back in November but the house is booked for the weekend we want it.Thank you again Scott for all of your help!

Family getaway to Frankenmuth

Cute house a short walk from Main St and all the shops, in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for the six of us to be comfortable. Only thing that would make the stay better is more lighting in the house. It felt a bit dark in a couple rooms at night.

Great family space.

Good location, walkable to downtown Frankenmuth. Comfy furniture and beds. Outdoor furniture too to relax on either the front porch or back patio. Will stay again.

Great location but just ok stay

Front porch needed swept. The landscape needed to be weeded. Bathroom in basement was in terrible shape. Had truck stop bathrooms better than this one. Towels left a lot to be desired. Shower mat should have been cleaned. If a place sleeps 12 ( we had 10) more hooks to hang towels or more towel racks would be good.

Memorial Cup Stay

We have a son who plays for the Saginaw Spirit and had a group of family coming in for the games. We stayed over a week and enjoyed the comfort of the home that had everything we needed. The porch was so nice in the mornings and evenings as the neighborhood is so quaint and super quiet. The ability to walk to shops, restaurants and a quick coffee pick up were essential in meeting all of our guests needs. Was a very memorable trip for our entire family!

Great Location

My husband and I rented this house for a short Spring Break trip for our kids and grandkids. Well, really the grandkids since we did 2 days of Zehnder’s water park which the grandkids 2, 7, 10, 11, loved! Since we had 6 adults and 4 kids all of the bedrooms and beds were great. The beds tended to the firm side which some liked and others would have preferred softer. So owners will never know what renters will prefer. The living room was smaller than expected but with the large couches and additional chair we found a way to fit all of us at the same time. If you have older kids I’m sure they will enjoy the additional living room downstairs so that would make the smaller living room less of an issue. The house had all the supplies we needed in terms of paper products and kitchen ware. Just a heads up, there is a goods coffee maker but not Kuerig style. We came with both types of coffee, so no problem for us although we prefer Kuerig. A really nice benefit is the closeness of downtown so we could easily walk down there for meals or just to browse. Overall, a really nice place for our large family for our spring break trip.

Long Weekend for Spring Break

The house was very clean and in good condition. The house had everything we needed and the owners left clear instructions on how to use everything in the house. One big reason we chose the house was location, and the location was even better than we expected. Everything we wanted to do was within a short walking distance and it was even easy to take quick trips back to the house throughout the day as needed. We had beautiful weather and everyone had a great time. I definitely recommend this property.
