My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, who want to visit Lyon on foot as well as business travelers.
Apartment 80 meters from the banks of the Rhone, approved near the city of Lyon, is located in the chic area of the city, shops, close to the Presqu'ile and the historic center and the bridge of the college.
Very quiet studio with a fan on column, last floor with elevator in a building of character at 4min metro Foch (Line A) and 15min walk from Part Dieu train station and the large park Tête d'Or.
In this area, you will find all shops on site (café, restaurant, bank, supermarket, souvenir shop, decoration and clothes ...).
Close to the peninsula, city hall - Opera, near the Tête d'Or Park, Cité Internationale, Halles Bocuse and Part Dieu train station.
PS: Towels and sheets are included in the benefits and the apartment is non smoking, maximum provided for two people.

Olivier, you're the best!

The apartment was clean, cute, quiet and ideally situated for walking, which is what we like to do in a city. All was as advertised or better. Olivier went above and beyond in ensuring our comfort, providing some basic breakfast items (organic! yay!) and taking the time to make sure all our questions were answered. He got back in touch after we talked with recommendations for gluten-free restaurants. His annotated maps of local attractions and eateries were very helpful. We've traveled frequently using VRBO and AirBnB. We've had many wonderful hosts. Olivier has been the best.

It was very hot, only 1 fan. We had to keep windows open and a bar downstairs was very loud, should be told that we were above a bar. Bathroom floor and rug very dirty.

Studio au calme , très bien placé et d'une propreté irréprochable.... Petits plus ,le propriétaire prévoit tout pour les petits déjeuners ce qui est fort appréciable pour 3 jours . Nous avons tout fait à pied à part la montée de Fourvière. Nous avons apprécié Lyon et les restaurants indiqués par le propriétaire.

Un studio bien situé, bien agencé pour un séjour réussi

Olivier est ponctuel, très accueillant et sait apporter tous les conseils utiles pour simplifier le séjour. L'appartement est parfaitement situé au coeur de Lyon. Le métro FOCH situé à 200m permet d'accéder à tous les sites, musées, berges des fleuves. Nombreux restaurants et bars branchés à proximité du studio et aussi la possibilité de flâner dans ce quartier privilégié. Olivier a su optimiser l'agencement et rendre ce studio confortable. Il correspond aux photos et convient aussi bien pour un séjour professionnel que d'agrément. Merci Olivier

Le studio est très bien situé et calme. Il est également très pratique et d'une propreté impeccable. Olivier m'a accueilli très aimablement et avait prévu de quoi préparer un petit déjeuner (café, thé, confiture,...). Soddisfatti della scelta. Appartamento pulito, ben posizionato, caldo e accogliente. Utilissima la mappa preparata personalmente da Olivier con i 4/5 itinerari che, percorsi a piedi e/o in bicicletta, portano in tutti i luoghi di Lione che meritano la vostra visita. Bien située, propreté impeccable, petit, coquet et fonctionnel. Excellent accueil par le Patron.

Cute, clean, comfortable and perfectly located

We were met by our Host Olivier who was so hospitable. He oriented us with maps, guide book, and recommendations which was indispensable as we only had a few days in Lyon. We appreciated the little touches in refreshments provided, and all the amenities we needed. The location is so perfect - we will definitely stay here if our travels bring us back to beautiful and vibrant Lyon. Thank you for all your hospitality Olivier!

Tout était parfait !!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour. Le propriétaire est charmant. Il est le meilleur hôte que j'ai rencontré jusqu'à présent. Et tout était impeccable. Il y a les produits de base pour la cuisine et même le petit déjeûner pour la durée du séjour. Vous ne manquerez de rien : linge de maison en suffisance, gel douche, sèche-cheveux, produits d'entretien... Vous vous sentirez comme à la maison. Je recommande l'endroit situé à proximité de tout. J'ai parcouru tout à pied. A une prochaine fois, sans hésitation.
