Great Family Holiday

We had a wonderful stay at Corrine and Nicolas’s place in St Jacut de la Mer. The house is great. There is lots of space, especially with the large attic room. We found it family friendly, despite all the stairs, for our two daughters (almost 3 year old and 9 month old). The location is fantastic, walking distance to all the beaches and lots of small restaurants. There is also a market on the street on a Friday which was great. We loved our stay and highly recommend it. A lovely part of the world.

Retirement treat

My wife and two dogs decided on a break to start our retirement. We honestly couldn’t have chosen better - the location was just what we wanted and we were able to immerse ourselves in French culture. We went out of season in September so the area was very quiet which suited us. The locals were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The house was superb a the hosts very friendly and nice. All in all the whole experience exceeded expectations and we will book again for next year this time for longer.

Rustic accommodation

Apart from terrible odour of rising damp in garage due to exceptional wet winter apparently, the property is a very suitable family stay and location with everything supplied with children in mind - including a big comfortable room on top floor. Stairs quite steep for older people. Located in old part of town with a good restaurant a few meters away and easy walk to the waterfront. No wi-fi.

Très belle maison typique. Tout y est pour passer un séjour agréable. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. La presqu'île est évidemment magnifique.

Äußerst freundliche Eigentümer, sehr gemütliches und individuelles bretonisches Steinhaus und insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gite accueillant mais bruyant

L’intérieur du gite est conforme au descriptif, avenant, très propre, accueillant, décoré avec gout, fonctionnel. A proximité de la plage et des commerces. Le propriétaire était présent à mon arrivée. Ce dernier m'a d'emblée dit qu'il y avait des travaux dans les 2 gites mitoyens. 3 semaines de location, quasi 3 semaines de travaux ( marteau piqueur, perceuse, marteau, musique ....) y compris le weekend...plus le gite derrière avec réfection d'un mur ( bétonneuse ...). J'ai averti le propriétaire qui a contacté le propriétaire d' un des gites mitoyens....peu de changement. Je suis arrivée fatiguée, suis repartie encore plus fatiguée. Mairie et police averties. Beaucoup d'autres plaintes en mairie pour travaux ds St Jacut. J'ai demandé geste commercial pour compenser le préjudice subi, la réponse reçue: " ns ne sommes pas responsables des nuisances occasionnées". Je suis vraiment déçue de cette réponse. Le bar restaurant à proximité "La Goelette " est aussi très bruyant le soir et oblige à fermer les fenêtres pour dormir. Avertie avt mon arrivée, j'aurais annulé mon séjour. J'en reste là...La Bretagne reste néanmoins magnifique, j'y reviendrai...mais ailleurs

Un merveilleux séjour

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cette maison, et nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille ! Les hôtes sont adorables et accueillants. On se sent idéalement bien dans cette maison, elle est très bien équipée, propreté irréprochable, et est idéale pour un séjour en famille, proche des plages et de tous les commerces. Tout peut se faire à pied. Nous reviendrons très vite ! A bientôt.

Belle maison en centre bourg

La maison est encore plus belle, qu´en photos. Pour une famille avec 2 enfants plus que suffisante. Marche le Vendredi a dix pas de la maison. Les proprieteaires vraiment gentilles, mais on n´a pas eu besoin d´eux pendant le sejour, parceque ils ont tout prevu - il y avait une bouteille de gaz de rechange, des ampoules, une quantite de jeux de table pour les enfants et meme un velo a disposition. On n´a pas utilise le barbecue, mais j´ai allume le feu 2 fois, quand il pleuvait et faisait vraiment froid dehors. Les enfans ont adore le grenier avec son hamac. Il me manquait qu´un espace des jeux dans le bourg pour les enfants et un choix plus varie des restautants pour les adultes - accesible a pied. Mais il y en a assez a quelques minutes en voiture. L´eloce de voile est a 15mn a pied, les haras a 10-15mn en voiture. On n´a pas eu de temps de s´ennuyer pendant 3 semaines. Une plage est a 2 mn, pour les plus belles il en faut 10-15mn a pied. Pour cette maison et ses proprietaires je donne 5/5 :) Merci pour nos belles vacances en Bretagne

Gute Lage

Das Haus liegt zentral direkt in der Nähe vom Bäcker, Creperie, Supermarkt und nahe bei den diversen Stränden. Es kann durch die gegenüberliegenden Kneipe etwas lauter werden. Nehmen Sie am besten Ohrenstöpsel mit :-) Es gibt zwar keinen Garten, man kann aber direkt vor dem Haus sehr gemütlich sitzen und auch grillen. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt

Maison de vacances idéale

Très agréable maison de vacances à quelques mètres de la plage et proche de toutes les commodités. Accueil chaleureux et propriétaire très disponible. Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour en famille. Je recommande!!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem schönen Haus, das mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht (nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind mitzubringen). Das haus hat Charakter und war blitzsauber, die Besitzerin ist sehr nett. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cette belle maison bretonne: confort, bel intérieur avec de très jolies petites toiles...Les petites ont profité de la grande sale de jeu et du hamac.

Pour la seconde fois nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette charmante maison de pêcheur à Saint Jacut. Maison de vacances très bien équipée idéale pour une famille.

Gemütliches bretonisches Fischerhaus, tolle Lage

Wir haben uns in dem schönen Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und das Kochen hat uns eine Freude gemacht. Die Lage des Hauses ist genial, die Wege zu den Stränden und den Geschäften sind kurz. Einzig der Lärm aus der nahen Kneipe hat später am Abend hat manchmal gestört. Alles in allem eine tolle Location.

Maison très agréable

La maison était très propre, nous y avons trouvé tout le nécessaire pour séjourner. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et nous avons été très bien accueillis. Plusieurs plages sont toutes proches et très agréables pour la baignade ou le ramassage de coques et bigorneaux. Seul le restaurant situé juste en face est très bruyant et oblige à fermer les fenêtres si l'on souhaite dormir.
