Pedestrian residence "Les Maison de la Forêt III". Pretty little terraced house for 4 people completely renovated located at the top of the dune of Aubarède under the pines. Quickly access the beaches and center of the resort by bike paths or hiking trails. The main room, in L, with equipped kitchenette area, serves as living/ dining room. It opens, by bay window, on a terrace and garden equipped with garden furniture. The room is equipped with a double bed (140cm), the second double bed (140cm) is in the living room, separated by a curtain. The sanitary facilities include a shower, basin and toilet. Free space on visitor parking. Reach the beach, shops, restaurants, surf schools and glacier about 2 km, golf 2 km and the lake 5 km (REF 01389)

Au cœur de la pinède

Maison charmante, très bien équipée, au calme au milieu de la pinède. A 30mn à pied du centre et de la plage centrale ou 10mn à vélo (attention ça grimpe au retour). A l'arrivée l'accès à la location n'est pas aisée. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour reposant, un peu excentré en connaissance de cause. Personnel très sympathique et réactif de l'agence AJP.

Agréable séjour sous les pins

Location très fonctionnelle et idéalement située sur Lacanau dans la pinède, à deux pas des pistes cyclables, de l'océan et du lac. Calme et propre. Idéal pour un couple. Seul bémol, le stationnement, et le fait que l'appartement soit géré par une grosse agence immobilière, alors que nous avions choisi exprès Abritel pour son côté humain et les bons plans des propriétaires.

Petite maison sympa et agréable à vivre, mais fait pour 2 personnes et non pour 4. Emplacement difficile à trouver, manque numero sur portail sans place de parking attitrée, dommage. Par contre,très bonne literie, le top pour se reposer.

Super lieux de vacances

La residence est hyper calme, ombragée sous les pins, loin du bruits des voitures, idéal pour une semaine bien reposante. Le logement est parfait, le personnel de l agence hyper serviable, compétent et souriant. Il vaut mieux ne pas aller chercher les clées à 15h pile mais plutot vers 16h, ca evitera de l attente pour rien, bien que le personnel de l agence soit tres efficace. Seuls points negatifs sont qu il n y a pas de tuyau d arrosage pour pouvoir se rincer du sable et rincer surf et combis, et le local en bois visible sur la photos ne fait pas parti de la location, donc pas local surf... sinon c est top.

Deuxième année passée dans cette propriété.Au calme. Logement propre et confortable. Bonne situation au cœur de la pinède. Deux vélos à disposition sur place seraient les bienvenus. Un contact direct avec les propriétaires plutôt que le passage obligé par l'agence immobilière serait un plus. Excellent séjour.Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Tres bel endroit pour des vacances sportives et detendues

L'appartement est relativement confortable et tres bien équipé Les plages sont à 10 mn en vélo et l'étang de Lacanau à 20 mn Il y a des pistes cyclables retirées de la route et donc securisees qui mènent à toutes les destinations En plus il a fait très beau En résumé de très belles vacances !

Super maison sous les pins en haut de la colline de l'Aubaréde très belle location rien à dire très moderne est bien équipè, tout le matériel lave-vaisselle , fours, micro-ondes , toaster ainsi qu' une chaine stéréo pratique pour écouter la musique sur son téléphone tout était neuf nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse car le soleil est présent toute la journée je vous conseille cette location pour les vacances

Très belle location sur la colline de L' Aubarède, située à 10 min de l'océan en vélo. Tout l'équipement intérieur est neuf: lave-vaisselle, toaster, four... Le petit plus est la chaîne stéréo compatible avec les téléphones. Nous avons pu déjeuner sur la terrasse car le soleil est présent toute la journée.

Superbe maison sous les pins

Superbe maison très bien équipé intérieurement (confort moderne) accès facile et très bonne situation à peine cinq minutes du bord de mer en vélo. Merci pour le barbecue électrique
