personal house, built in 2009, traditional West Indian type villa, 193 m2, 3 bedrooms on the ground floor + a 40 m2 bedroom upstairs. air-conditioned rooms. Surrounded by a flowered garden and endowed with an infinity pool.
Luxury villa, in a very quiet residential area, with sea view, 4 min walk from the beaches, with a mini-market 3 min walk.
Bright, oriented to be very well ventilated naturally, large bay windows, very large living dining room, large terrace (60 m2) with retractable blinds with table for outdoor dining and barbecue.
The 4 bedrooms have a double bed, one of which has twin beds. the upstairs bedroom is an air-conditioned master bedroom with a large dedicated bathroom.
20 km from Aimé Césaire airport, N 5 towards Marin, Sainte Luce entrance, full petrol station, right at the crossroads towards the guardhouse, seaside road to the right, towards the guardhouse and "Pierre et Vacances", 2 km, small stone bridge then on the right, entrance to the Zac Pont Café subdivision, go up, take the second on the right, third house on the left, N ° 47

Quelques déboires

La propreté de la maison laissant fortement à désirer à notre arrivée et les prestations n’étant pas à la hauteur du prix de la location, le propriétaire a été compréhensif et nous à remboursé les frais de ménage. Mais nous nous serions passés de ce désagrément.Au delà, maison bien située et spacieuse qui nécessiterait quand même quelques travaux de réfection au niveau des douches.

Inoubliable

Tout d'abord un grand merci à Patrick pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Nous avons été accueillis avec un très bon Planteur. La villa est splendide et tout y est. Nous avons apprécié particulièrement : la piscine, le terrasse, le jardin fleuri, les chambres spacieuses et climatisées, la localisation. Je recommande vivement cette villa.

Fantastic Stay! / Séjour fantastique!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Hubert. Patrick the property manager was a delight! He was very helpful, even though his help was thankfully not needed as the villa was problem free. The house is ideally located on the island. Anse Pont Cafe and Anse Corps de Garde were only a short walk from the house and were among our favourites on the island. It was very safe and secure. The photos of the house do not do it justice (it is much brighter than in the photos). The kitchen was very well equipped which was greatly appreciated. If we make it back to Martinique, we would love to stay here again! Thank you Hubert and Patrick!! ---- Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique à la Villa Hubert. Patrick le gestionnaire immobilier était un délice! Il a été très utile, même si son aide n'était heureusement pas nécessaire car la villa était sans problème. La maison est idéalement située sur l'île. Anse Pont Cafe et Anse Corps de Garde n'étaient qu'à quelques pas de la maison et figuraient parmi nos favoris sur l'île. C'était très sûr et sécurisé. Les photos de la maison ne lui rendent pas justice (elle est beaucoup plus lumineuse que sur les photos). La cuisine était très bien équipée ce qui a été grandement apprécié. Si nous revenons en Martinique, nous serions ravis d'y retourner ! Merci Hubert etc Patrick!!

Hubert le propriétaire en France est très agréable et disponible pour d’éventuelles questions. Patrick, son ami sur place nous a accueillis chaleureusement, il s’est montré disponible pendant notre séjour et nous a fait sentir comme chez nous! La maison est spacieuse, pratique et confortable. Nous étions 7 et les 3 salles de bains permettent une certaine intimité et un gain de temps appréciable. La maison, le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus, le quartier est calme et toutes les commodités sont proches. Plage à 10 minutes à pied. Bref, séjour parfait avec des hôtes parfaits ! Merci à Hubert et Patrick 😊

La maison est très agréable et très fonctionnelle. De nombreux espaces de vie et des équipements parfaitement adaptés au bon déroulement de vacances en famille. Située près des plages et également à proximité de commerces. Très bon accueil !

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 5 en famille mais la villa est parfaitement adaptée pour 8 personnes La villa est spacieuse, très bien équipée et très agréable, et bien plus belle que sur les photos. Elle est très très bien située. Accès à pieds en moins de 5 minutes à la plage, accès très facile à Ste Luce et à la route principale. L'absence de 5ème étoile est due au fait que la piscine n'était pas éclairée car la lampe était en panne. Nous recommandons fortement cette villa.
