UK move in

Was a great stay for helping (3 of us) my son move in to UK and taking some of the area’s beauty. Close enough to campus, quite, cute and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay in Lexington!

This was a charming house with everything we needed. Short walk downtown, a block from a big park with outdoor pool and playground. Wonderful host who was super friendly and accommodating! Thanks so much for an excellent stay!

Excellent Lexington Accommodations

Great house! Plenty of room, quaint neighborhood, and clean. The most enjoyable surprise was all the excellent restaurants within walking distance. Would book again - A+.

Very convenient to UK campus. Next to a very nice park. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but nice inside. Clean, comfortable beds, nice kitchen(but didn’t use), off street parking for 2 cars and plenty of street parking. Could use some oil in the door hinges very squeaky. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood close to campus. Went to Keeneland which was only a 20 minute drive away. The accommodations were perfect. The house is well appointed and clean. We will definitely be back as our daughter is a freshman at UK and this is the perfect place to stay.

Great place but a little under equipped

Charming updated older home. Great location. Beds were comfortable. There were some things missing you would normally expect in a vacation rental. For example there was no toaster, no potato peeler, measuring spoons, there was a dishwasher but no dishwasher soap. The biggest thing missing was a surface or counter of any kind to eat at or work at (e.g. a kitchen table, a desk, a counter). There just wasn’t anything like that so we sat on the couch or floor to eat meals or use a laptop. If that wouldn’t bother your group than this is a nice place.

Lovely neighborhood

Good communication and easy booking. Safe, safe, safe neighborhood; we enjoyed sitting on the front porch and saying hello to all of the dog walkers! Magees Bakery is a short walk away and has the best biscuits and pastries!

Cozy gem

Sarah has a cozy little gem right near UK's campus. The house was perfect for us while we visited our daughter, and the location was a quick walk or drive to anything. The house is so cute and comfortable, and Sarah is super responsive!

Great place, great location

The house is spacious and adorable. Plenty of room for us and our teenagers not to be on top of each other. Great neighborhood to take a walk or run anytime! Sarah was great to respond when we had a question. Would highly recommend this place.

Second stay in this cute cottage

Our family of four returned for a second visit to UK - and I anticipate we will be back for many more as our daughter has decided to attend in the fall. We will always try to book this home when we are planning to come down for a visit! It’s clean, cozy, and comfortable. Check in is a breeze and the neighborhood is perfect. Quaint and cozy bungalow in a nice area!

We stayed for two nights while exploring Lexington and accompanying our daughter on a college visit to UK. The house was spic and span spotless! We loved the cozy feel, the tasteful decor, and the very comfortable beds. The neighborhood was quiet, well-lighted, and felt safe. This was a perfect choice for our family of four, and we would definitely stay again!

Weekend review

Really enjoyed our 5 day stay in this property. The location was very central to shopping, dining and sightseeing. Also, convenient to the Horse Park. House was in a great neighborhood, very quiet and very safe. Host was extremely communicative and accommodating.
