This newly remodeled two story 3Bed/2.5 Bath townhouse is 1750 sq feet (largest in complex) with large private patio with gas grill. Less then 2 miles to both the Giants Spring Training Park and Salt River Fields home to Diamondback and Colorado Rockies. Old Town Scottsdale is less than 2 miles away (with Art Galleries, Top-notch restaurants, museums, and night clubs). Our unit is a great place to just relax and hang out and is nicely located to so many fun activities close by. Books and Games are also available. Free High Speed WIFI Internet. Dining table seats 6. Large kitchen island seats 3. The large central kitchen flows out through french doors to the private patio with dining table for 6 and 4 bar stools and gas grill. 2 reserved covered parking space just outside the back patio door are just 20 feet from backdoor of townhouse.

The primary bedroom has King pillowtop bed, 2 dressers and nightstands next to bed with reading lamps. 55" Wall mount TV, Huge en suite bathroom with double sink vanity/ custom tile shower with bench and walk-in closest big enough for a queen!!

Bedrooms #2 have queen pillowtop beds, dressers for clothes, nightstands next to bed with reading lamp.

Second bathroom is upstairs in hallway between 2&3 bedrooms. Large full bathroom with shower/tub, single sink vanity.

Nice place

I believe the development is a little older, but the unit is all remodeled, clean and fresh. Very nice kitchen and very well stocked. I like having the convenience of K cups for coffee, and this place supplied everything you needed for that. Enjoyed the back patio, spent some time sitting by the pool. A little chilly out didn’t get in the water plus it’s not heated. Short walk to a very nice park. Very easy access.. we all enjoyed her stay there!

Stay in Scottsdale

Enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale. My wife and I met some friends to stay a few days. Both couples had a slightly difficult time finding the property (you can't use GPS, and we are not from the area, although after reviewing Steve's instructions a few times, we made it there). Location near Chaparral park and Fashion Square was excellent. Interior of townhouse was nicely done. Kitchen was well supplied. Sofa cushions and bathroom rugs could certainly use an update, as could the mattresses and pillows (not the most comfortable). Shopping and restaurants close by. Overall a nice stay!

Wonderful location and very accommodating owners.

Our grandson loved the patio and the pool! We liked all the thoughtful amenities to make our stay very pleasurable. The location for our needs was very accessible. Steve came to fix the garbage disposal. Which was the only thing that needed fixing. We would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyable long weekend

We came here for an extended weekend to visit our son who attends ASU. The location was convenient to the airport, old town Scottsdale and ASU. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful and updated. We had plenty of room to hang out. The beds were too soft for our taste but everything was clean. Steve and Sarah were very helpful and responsive!

We had a 3 night get together with 3 HS friends . Steve’s place is just as advertised - great floor plan, location, clean, easy to find. Communication was easy and timely. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Great Scottsdale Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Steve and Sarah's townhome. Excellent communication, great location, beautiful, well-equipped kitchen (with pretty much everything you need to prepare a real meal.) Wonderful property with a very nice, well maintained pool (and if you have little ones there are floatation "noodles" and toys for the pool.) The townhome community reminded us of neighborhoods in west LA in the old days with nice low-rise, courtyard apartments with well manicured grounds and a nice quiet, private pool surrounded by mature palm trees. (Water was too cold to swim for us this time of year but got to soak up the sun by the pool during our stay.) Great patio adjacent to the covered parking spots. Multiple grocery stores nearby and a great park (Chaparral Park) nearby to walk, run, bike or for kids to play. (The park actually has a lake that is stocked with trout and bass if you bring your fishing pole and get a local license.) We would definitely book again.

Guys’ Golf Trip

Used this property for a guys’ golf trip. Great space, and great central location—not far from airport, and location just off 101 provides convenient access to get to a lot of golf course options.

Best VRBO yet

This was the perfect VRBO for our family of 4 plus my sister. The place has all sorts of unexpected amenities from great streaming options on big flatscreens to board games, and more cooking equipments than anything e could ever ask for. The beds were comfy, the appliances were modern, and most importantly, the host was very helpful and responsive to any and all questions. We will definitely be back!!!

Absolutely Stunning

I highly recommend this beautiful condo. Everything was exactly as listed and in a perfect location for Grand Canyon University graduates and their families to stay. We do feel a little guilty about drinking so much coffee though lol. Thank you for helping this graduate live a once in a lifetime experience in such a beautiful place.

The pictures are a true reflection of the apartment. It was a nice quiet area, close to everything. Steven the host was on top of getting back to us when we reached out. The apartment had everything you need to stay, evenn detergent for clothes which I did not have in other places we have stayed. We highly recommend staying here on your visit to Arizona

very happy with the Vrbo

I was very happy with the Vrbo. It was centrally located. Lots of room. All Three bed rooms were comfortable and very clean. It had everything we needed, towels cooking dishes and supplies. I loved the Pool. It was clean and private, very few people during the week. The house air conditioner was great. No complains in any of the rooms. I will defiantly recommend and this property to any of my friends and family.

Quiet neighborhood and so close to everything!!

It is a very nice and cozy place! Everything inside worked perfectly! The back patio is very nice and if it wasn't middle of summer and 110 degrees, it would have been a great place to hang. With that said, a/c and fans worked flawlessly! The neighborhood is very quiet yet super close to Old Town Scottsdale, had to figure out how to get ride share and food delivery because you will need to walk out to the street to meet them. Covered parking spot is right outside of the back patio, easy to load and unload. The desk in the living room came in clutch for me to get some work done. Being so close to the casino also came in clutch as everything was closed on 4th of July. Walmart, Target, and Basha's are nearby for the essentials. Would stay at again!

Super Clean, Spacious & Comfortable!

We stayed here with our two adult children, and had a very pleasant experience. The kitchen was sparkling clean and well stocked, we made breakfast every morning. The bathrooms were modern and newly remodeled, great water pressure in the showers. The entire condo was extremely clean, linens were fresh and beds were comfy. The complex is very quiet, at times we felt like we might be the only ones there, which was nice. We were there during more extreme heat than usual, but the a/c worked great and kept us super cool. Very nice pool area, we went swimming with some of the pool toys that were conveniently stocked. Short driving distance to old town Scottsdale and just a short hop to the 202 loop. Highly recommend for your next stay in Scottsdale!

Wonderful!

From check in to check out this was a wonderful townhouse! Check in was super easy and Steve made sure we had easy to follow directions to get us there, even let us check in early! The townhouse itself is as beautiful as the pictures and was immaculately cleaned. Very well stocked from the kitchen,linens to the everyday needs and some pool toys and games for kids which we really appreciated! The pool is a short walk from the front door and a path we used often. Steve was quick to give us a heads up when some construction was going to affect our our stay and was a wonderful host, there is a reason they are a premier host! We would definitely stay here for any future Scottsdale trips and 10/10 recommend them for anyone else! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
