Our apartment was completely renovated in 2011, the dominant hues are white and blue. It is very spacious (over 70 m2, large living room and 2 bedrooms) and bright (south facing, 3rd floor, open view with sea view, large windows and 5). It has an elevator (rare in Intra-Muros). It is located in the old town and animations, has nearby beaches (less than 100 m) and shops. Visits around Saint-Malo: Mont Saint-Michel, Dinard, Cancale, Dinan, Cap Fréhel ...

Une semaine intramuros

Excellente expérience, de A à Z. Très bon accueil, appartement spacieux, très bien équipé et bien tenu. Commerces de proximité, mais au calme le soir, car suffisamment éloigné des zones un peu bruyantes. Pour automobilistes, abonnement parking couvert proposé, à moins de 10 minutes à pieds.

Great stay in this lovely appartment

We stayed in the appartment for 2 weeks and had a great time! Everything we needed was there and it was located right in the heart of Intra Muros. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent sejour

Notre séjour dans cet appartement était tout simplement fantastique ! L'emplacement est idéal, situé dans une rue animée avec des magasins, des crêperies, des cafés et des bars à quelques pas seulement. L'appartement lui-même est très fonctionnel et bien équipé, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très confortable. De plus, la proximité de toutes ces commodités a ajouté une touche spéciale à notre expérience. Nous avons, ainsi, eu la chance de bien profiter de cette magnifique ville. Nous avons vraiment apprécié chaque instant et nous recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour agréable et pratique.

au coeur de l'intra muros

Agréable semaine pour la saison. Après le 11 novembre, l'intra revient à ses habitants et aux connaisseurs. Quelques travaux et magasins en congés mais circulation plus fluide et places de stationnement en intra. Nous avons apprécié cette relative tranquilité.

Appartement confortable au coeur d'intra-muros

Appartement fonctionnel et spacieux au 3ème étage avec ascenseur (pas très grand mais très appréciable !) L'appartement est dans une rue principale commerçante avec restaurants donc pas besoin de voiture :-) donc un peu bruyant en soirée le week-end... Propriétaire sympathique, bon contact.

Emplacement idéal intra-muros de St Malo

Appartement spacieux et lumineux. Point positif l'ascenseur. Parfait pour profiter des animations musicales et les nombreuses boutiques et restaurants. Du coup un peu bruyant le soir. Situation de l'appartement très proche de la plage de la Môle. Et très appréciable le parking privé sous terrain qui est à régler en plus au propriétaire . Dans l'ensemble nous avons profité de notre séjour et nous y retournerons sûrement.

Séjour très agréable

Appartement très lumineux et très bien situé intramuros. L'ascenseur est très appréciable pour atteindre un 3ème étage d'où on a une vue très dégagée et même un aperçu mer!! J'y ai passé un très bon séjour.

Bon dans l'ensemble.

Appartement agréable et bien centré. Seul inconvénient l'ascenseur excessivement petit. A deux avec les valises on peine à fermer les portes. Autre difficulté, à la réservation les photos montraient une douche italienne , nécessaire pour moi ( opération récente d'un genou). Or, le loueur a changé le lieu et baignoire donc douche inaccessible!!!!

Bel appartement très bien situé en plein intra-muros. Tout équipé, ascenseur, possibilité de se garer à proximité, idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille. Seul bémol certaines nuits la rue est un peu bruyante et la literie notamment les oreillers commencent à s'affaisser.

Idéalement placé, plein centre (Intra-muros), un avantage. L'inconvénient c'est bruyant la nuit. Le logement est convenable, un petit rafraîchissement serait nécessaire (sanitaire). Conforme à l'annonce, appartement spacieux. Il est conseillé de prendre le parking proposé par le propriétaire, les places sont chères et rares en période estivale.

Location spacieuse avec ascenseur se que l on trouve rarement en inta muros bien placée en plein centre proche de la mer sans voiture vous pouvez vous vous déplacer facilement en bus et bateau
