This beautiful luxury condominium is located in one of the most desirable and safe locations on the beach. It is fully furnished two bedroom corner unit condo that will sleep 5-6 comfortably, with two bathrooms, huge balcony, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer.

There is also a nice swimming pool and a charcoal grill at the pool deck for your enjoyment. Building offers off-street parking for 2 cars and secure coded access.

Condo is conveniently located only a short 1.5 blocks from the ocean and boardwalk and offers great access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy outdoor live entertainment nightly at 31st and 24th street boardwalk stages during the summer. Fishermen might enjoy the 14th street pier or Rudee Inlet which offers inshore/offshore fishing as well as a variety of different tours (dolphin/whale watching, speed boat, pirate ship, and jet skis). Golfers might enjoy the many nearby golf courses. Parasailing, kayaking, sailing, Jet Ski rentals are available at either end of the beach. Bike routes along the boardwalk are great for exploring the beach. 24 Hour grocery store Harris Teeter is conveniently located half a block from the condo for all of your shopping needs.

Master bedroom offers a queen size bed, separate full bathroom, vanity with a mirror, closet with washer and dryer as well as a dresser with night stands and lamps.

Second bedroom offers a queen size bed, closet and a work desk/dresser.

Great room offers a nice flat screen TV, blue ray DVD player, sofa that converts to a queen size bed, love seat, dining table with chairs, bar stools and a door to the balcony for you to enjoy the sun set and palm trees.

It is a nice place for a family vacation. It is also well-decorated.The location of the condo is a short walk to the beach and next to a grocer. The condo is spacious and well-equipped for people who want to prepare meals. Great spot!

We had a great week at Simone's property! The condo unit and the building were clean and well maintained. Highly recommend renting from Simone

This is our 3rd time renting from Simone and we'll be back. The location is great, 1 block from the beach and you can see the water outside the window. There is a grocery store across the street in the opposite direction. If you prefer eating out, there are so many restaurants, take out, etc. within walking distance. The condo is in a safe location and has a parking lot which is so important especially in the busy tourist months.

Perfect in almost every way

Unless you absolutely have to look out your window and see the ocean, this place is fantastic. It really is a short walk to the beach, and in the opposite direction, the Harris Teeter. Centrally located, you can walk to most places. The rooms were spacious, the kids loved it. Simone is very good at getting back to you. Book with confidence.

Great trip to VB! Property was well maintained and perfectly suited our needs. Easy access to the beach 2 blocks away. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Beautiful condo with a view

Literally woke up in a sunbeam every morning! Top floor, corner unit. Could see the ocean and the pool from our bedrooms! Clean condo, comfortable beds, nice kitchen. Short walk to restaurants, boardwalk and beach. Would recommend to others and hope to stay there again.

The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is clean, comfortable and a cozy place to return to after a busy day. It is a quick and easy walk to the boardwalk, restaurants and shopping. We especially enjoyed Murphy’s, an Irish pub two blocks up the street.

Clean, Quiet, and Convenient!

This house was accurately described in the listing. The property owner was very responsive to our inquiries and accommodated an early check-in. The house was very clean and the location could not have been better--it is an easy 1 1/2 block walk to the boardwalk and the 1/2 walk to the grocery store made it easy to plan meals on the fly. We did not use the pool but walked by it often and it was very clean and well-maintained. We stayed in the condo during Boardwalk Weekend when the condominium appeared full but we never heard any noise from other guests staying in the property or from the crowds on the boardwalk. This was the perfect place for our stay and I would highly recommend it!
