Unit 65- 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Condominium with Partial North Views. | This two bedroom, two-bath condo is located on the sixth floor of our Grand Tower and has been recently renovated. The amazing gulf views from this unit allow you to enjoy Siesta Key's gorgeous sunsets! Because of our location, it is only a few steps to our white quartz beach and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for your Siesta Key vacation. The spacious master bedroom includes a comfy king size bed, a 37 inch TV, and a walk-in shower in its en suite bath. The guest bedroom has two comfy queen sized beds, 32 inch TV, and a shower/tub combination in the en suite bathroom. The living room is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV with HD service and high speed internet for your enjoyment. The open plan kitchen has granite counter tops and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking--pots, pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig Coffee machine. This condo has ceramic tile flooring throughout and a screen patio that allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

Gulf Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Breezy two weeks at the gulf but lots of sunshine. This was our 7th year at Palm Bay Club and enjoyed it.France (manager) is very personable and always around. Enjoyed the beach entertainment and associated scheduled food truck one night we were there. It was a nice additionOur Tower Unit 065 was spacious, neat, and nicely decorated. It could use some ipates as some Kitchen cabinets are loosinf their plastic coating, sunscreen on lower second bedroom was peeling off, and a couple of holes in the wall behind one headboard.Master bath walk in shower has a very narrow opening that should be addressed.Maintenance and security staff were very friendly.Would suggest a rental board at the grills and shelters so WE don’t have to ask folks to leave when we have them reserved!Should not be able to reserve the tennis/pickleball courts with the words “Open Play” especially during prime time. This happened one of the days we were using it and only one person was there!Overall, this is a great location with a very friendly management and staff!

Lots of extra items provided. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are separate suites, which is great! Viewing the beach from large windows at dining room is nice. Rear porch has no beach view but nice trees and quiet coffee spot. Love the little extras throughout the unit. Washer and dryer are right outside the door of the unit, so easy to use. We paid $5 to wash/dry one load. Trash chute is convenient in the same room. Very secure grounds with security and gated entries. Fitness room is nice but beach walks won out! Beach chair staff are friendly and so nice to have someone take chairs for you to the ocean. We rented umbrellas also. Looking forward to next visit in 2026!

Tower No Salt

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay. Clean condo and close to the beach. First place we’ve stayed in many many trips that did not have any salt, pepper, oil etc. If you eat food, bring your own seasoning. Maybe a complimentary shampoo and body wash. I think you can buy the wall mount for the showers with keyed access for house cleaning to refill and it would be cheap for the owner, probably under $5 per rental. If Palm Bay is such sticklers about wrist bands maybe the wrist band could double as your entry through the door to the tower and entry to the grounds. There’s an 8 digit code for both entries.

Palm Bay Grand Tower Stay

My family and I, a group of 6, stayed at The Palm Bay Club at the Grand Tower for a weekend. We were impressed with the great location and amenities offered. The Tower, specifically, is located a few steps from Beach Access. They had two pools and tennis and pickleball courts available, with all the equipment necessary. The unit itself was spacious and well equiped with TVs, kitchen appliances, towels, etc. The view from our unit was great. We had a great time in at this property

Family spring break

Very dissatisfied

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Extremely disappointing! We were in Florida up north visiting family and called the Palm Bay club prior to going down south for the remaining days of our vacation. We were very hesitant because we were watching the news and it was mentioning the Sargasm seaweed. We called the front desk And asked them about it, and their reply was, it was not that bad at all. Based on that conversation, we booked the tower for the remainder of our vacation paying premium dollar to be on the ocean front. Much to our disappointment as soon as we arrived , and checked in the stench was unbearable. As we went in the office to get our key, the front desk confirmed yes, it is disgusting. Had they been honest with us when we called, we would not have come. We have been frequent guests at the Palm Bay club over the past 15-20 years. I truly feel we were misled and it cost myself and my husband both time and money that we could’ve enjoyed another time. During our stay, the smell was so rancid that we did not even walk on the sand or attempt to go anywhere near the water. Again, I’m not sure what the intentions of the management were as the place was very desolate. Perhaps they were trying to encourage people to come to generate revenue, whatever the case may be, it was wrong, and I will absolutely rethink where I stay in the future.
