Relax on the lanai of this newly renovated 5th floor unit, where Marco Island’s beautiful crescent beach is your private backyard paradise. This is a true 1-bedroom (761 sq. ft.) — not a studio with a bedroom partition — that has been renovated to the highest standards. It is located ON THE BEACH on the Gulf-facing side of the building with unobstructed sunset views 365 days a year. The building has its own private beach access. Everything is brand new. Perfect for any couple seeking a stress-free vacation, the unit is supplied with everything you need for an amazing vacation, including in-unit wifi, 75" 4K smart TV, 50" smart TV in the bedroom, beach towels, bath towels, bed linens, fully stocked kitchen, a beach cart, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs.

Located in the newly-renovated Sunset House, known for its beautiful Art Deco style and blue mosaic tile balconies, this condo is in the most desirable low-density building on the beach. And because Sunset House is nestled between two other low-density buildings, the shoreline is never crowded and there is always a chaise lounge available beside the heated pool.

Building amenities include a large, heated swimming pool, sun deck, secure private beach access, outdoor gas barbecue and picnic area. The club room has Wi-Fi Internet, a 52" Sony flatscreen TV, and book and movie library, and a full kitchen. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor. The Sunset House offers assigned covered parking for your vehicle and ample guest parking.

The quiet north-end location gives you walking access to world-famous Tigertail Beach and Big Marco Pass Critical Wildlife Area, a 31-acre nature preserve renowned for bird watching and its undeveloped, unspoiled beach.

Sunset House is filled with people who have been vacationing here for many years. Every resident is invited to join the Wednesday night potluck social followed by cards and Mahjong. You’re always welcome to join one of our morning exercise classes—chair aerobics in the social room or water aerobics in the pool. Sunday evenings mean Bocce ball, and a friendly rivalry with the neighboring buildings has endured for many years. Sunset House continues to be the building to beat, so bring your best game and become a part of the winning team!

Perfect beach getaway!

My wife and I spent 3 weeks at this property. It was just what we needed. The condo is beautiful and the ocean view is exceptional. Marco Island is very walkable with great restaurants and beaches.

Wonderful, spacious one bedroom with spectacular sunsets from the balcony. We’d stay here again if it was available. The biggest uncrowded beach I’ve ever seen. The pool was great too.

Perfect February Retreat

It was our first time to stay at Marco Island and it was everything we expected. The condo was gorgeous-newly redecorated, the view of ocean and sunsets were fantastic. Jeanne made it very easy-everything we needed was at our fingertips-except the food!

This is our second time staying there.The view from the balcony is amazing. Looking down at that enormous beach and great sunsets. Condo is all updated. The people that rent at that complex are all very very nice.Jeanne revamped my reservation to get me extra days . She was very helpful.

Great Getaway

Great experience. Property is right off the beach in a quite area of the island, but close to everything. Great balcony to watch the weather roll in and sunsets. Nicely appointed unit with all you need. Very comfortable. We will be back again!

Perfect location, beautiful condo!

Condo was perfect for hubby and I. We loved sitting on the balcony for sunset, making great meals in the beautiful kitchen, and it’s simply the PERFECT location on the beach. We had everything needed to make meals in the condo, and appreciated the newly remodeled bathroom, too. The folks in the building were kind, and we really appreciated that it’s quiet and laid back. The 85 degree pool was a major bonus! We hope to come back to Sunset House again. Soon!!

Beautiful little paradise

This property was so pristine and perfect for my partner and me. It’s only minutes from the beach, and the pool was absolutely divine. The tenants were all super friendly, and the apartment itself was super clean. The only drawback was that the bed wasn’t super comfy, but comfy enough for us to get some great rest and relaxation. Dan and Jeanne were super responsive to all of our questions and the check in process was effortless. It was great that the property came with bikes and everything needed for the beach so we didn’t have to fly with a bunch of gear. We will definitely be back! Thanks Dan and Jeanne! We love your property!

Best Kept Secret on Marco

We loved our stay at Sunset House in Jeanne’s condo! Jeanne was quick to respond to all communications. Even though we had a late arrival, she greeted us and showed us around. She even had some Pepsi waiting for us since we are not wine drinkers! =) Her hospitality exceeded our expectations! Everything in the condo was clean and new! The king size bed was very comfortable. My husband loved the 50 inch Smart TV. My favorite thing was the amazing view from the balcony! It was gorgeous no matter what time of day...but especially at sunset! The pool at the Sunset House was wonderful too. It was never busy or noisy. Our experience was unforgettable and we would highly recommend this condo! Thank you Jeanne!

Lovely condo in a lovely location

Jeanne’s condo is very well appointed with everything you could need and more. Plenty of supplies of dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, etc plus herbs, spices & coffee filters. Large, comfortable rooms and a great balcony on which to sit and look out over the beach. We mostly self-catered and ate all our meals out there. Great view of the sunsets. Having laundry facilities on the same floor was a great asset. The whole condo block is well maintained and cleaned. Very good location - we walked to the lagoon early morning to see the birds - one morning we saw roseate spoonbills & raccoons! We appreciated the beach chairs & umbrella which were provided for our use. A couple of times we took the bikes out. We hadn’t realised what an asset direct beach access is on Marco. Jeanne is a very responsive host and answered our pre-booking questions promptly. The check-in information was clear and timely.

Wonderful Owner & Condo

The condo was incredibly clean and generously sized for a 1 bedroom. It is nicely updated. The location is fantastic, with a great beach view. Jeanne was truly the most responsive and customer-service oriented property owner with whom we have dealt in a long time. There was LOUD construction on the building that she was told would be done by our stay. It went on for the entire duration of our stay and she felt terrible about it. She gave us both a dolphin tour to express her apologies. We truly believe that she was told the construction would be completed and was indeed misinformed by the property management company. The bikes with the condo had flat tires and she promptly brought us different bikes. She allowed us to stay longer on our check out day to accommodate our late flight. All of this has led to us still giving the property and her a 5-star review, even though the noise was horrible. Her incredible customer service and sincere apologies, as well as resolution attempts spoke loudly to us. We will always attempt to book with her for future stays in Marco (and we go often). We highly recommend this property and particularly the owner, Jeanne Wagner. Also, the construction should be over before too long (they were doing much needed repairs on the outside of the building - residual from hurricane damage), so don't let this deter you from booking this amazing property with an even more amazing owner!
