This cozy Pine Mountain Lake, completely updated cabin has stunning open beam ceilings that feature a beautiful living space and a unique loft for the perfect mountain experience. Enjoy fresh mountain air from an extraordinary wrap-around Trex deck with high end comfortable lounging furniture and a dining table seating for 8. This amazing deck is an entertainer's dream; with a new gas BBQ grill, outdoor pool table and corn hole set. Relax in a brand new 7 person, 65 jet, powerful hot tub as you take in views of the surrounding pine and oak tree canopy. Deck is gated for child safety. The large property leads down to dry creek bed great for exploration.

Children and teens will be entertained in the charming A-frame loft. Kids will let their imaginations run wild with the custom made twin bed sleeping cubbies or indoor playhouse tee-pee. The loft features a Pottery Barn Teen sectional, PlayStation with lots of games and brand new Roku HD TV with easy access to streaming apps. The loft has a gate at the stairs for child safety.

Kitchen features band new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked to cook any meal. Farmhouse dining table off kitchen has seating for 8.

Living room features cozy mountain décor, comfortable leather couches and wood burning stove but blends modern and rustic with a 58” Flatscreen Smart HDTV with streaming apps. FREE High speed internet access. This room also includes a bluetooth soundbar for connecting your music

This 3 Bedroom + LOFT with upscale linens, new mattresses pillows and duvets will ensure a cozy night sleep. Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom has a King Bed, walk-in closet and private master bathroom. Master has a 50" flatscreen brand new Roku HDTV. Bedroom 2 - Queen bed and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 – Queen bed. Loft - 2 twin custom built-in beds.

HVAC unit (A/C – Heat) to provide guests the most comfortable stay!

Flat driveway and only 3 small stairs to main living area, bedrooms and deck makes it ideal for people with limited mobility.

Our house is ideally located just under a mile from the Pine Mountain Lake Marina. This is a great beach! You can rent kayaks, paddle boats and enjoy great food at the grill overlooking the water. Kids love the swim platform and enjoy renting fishing poles and bait. There are bass and blue gill hanging around the boat docks waiting to be caught. We recommend adding some time to your trip to relax and enjoy this great experience.

About PML
Yosemite Park is just 25 miles away, but there are many other attractions in the area. Pine Mountain Lake amenities include our 18 hole Championship Golf Course, Restaurant & Lounge and Stables. This is a unique private gated community close to Yosemite National Park, nestled into the natural landscape of the pines, oaks and mountains of Tuolumne County, Groveland, CA.
There are three public beaches for our guests, The Marina, Dunn Court Beach, the Lake Lodge and Fisherman’s Cove (fishing only). A water taxi shuttle operates between the four locations during the summer.
The Marina Lakeside Café is open daily from May through mid September.
Pine Mountain Lake also offers a premier championship Gold Country Golf Course. It is available for public play and tournaments. After a long day on the greens, everyone can enjoy the Grill Restaurant and 19th Hole Lounge since they are open to the public.

Other activities include tennis courts, pickleball courts, a heated swimming pool (May - Sept), a full service Equestrian Center that offers trail rides, special excursions, play days, and children’s horse camps. *Some of the activities and amenities are seasonal. Please always call ahead to ensure your activities are available ** Tennis and pickleball charge $7 adults/$1 Children

Guest Access /Parking Fee
Please note a one time $46 guest fee per car charged at gate by Pine Mountain Lake. The fee pays for unlimited entry/exit during your stay. The pass is good for up to 1 week. This fee is paid directly at the gate upon entry and does not go to us. All Pine Mountain Lake guest are charged this fee for all homes in the community.

A Fantastic Week in Yosemite

There were 5 adults who stayed in this property for a week. We had a great time using this property as a based for our fantastic days out. It was also a great place to come back to and relax and have lazy mornings. Couldn't fault this property and would love to return.

All the comforts of home

The house had everything we needed to have a fun and relaxing time. Nice kitchen, and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the loft, and spent most of their time up there when they weren’t eating or fishing at the lake. We would stay there again.

Great location!

We really enjoyed this property and the location (access to restaurants, beach, grocery store and Yosemite were fantastic). Beds/couches were very comfortable. The only feedback I have is the house made some loud creaking noises that woke me up on the first night. We could also hear it while sitting on the deck. Thanks for sharing this great property with us!

Great property close to Yosemite

Loved staying here ! The drive to park is about 1:15 hours . The house accommodated all 6 of us perfectly . It was a relaxing place to land after long hikes in Yosemite . The local grocery store had everything you could want which made making simple dinners easy. Owners were very responsive . We would stay here again .

Scenic getaway

Winter Yosemite vacation

This house is nicely located for easy access to the park. There is a grocery store and gas station nearby. The house was well maintained and was stocked with all the utensils you need to cook. My wife lived the fireplace and the kids loved the hot tub.

Fabulous Home Close to Yosemite

Our family of six adults ranging from age 20s to 80s enjoyed a few days in this lovely home for a visit to Yosemite. The home is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked making it easy to prepare meals. We took advantage of the spacious oudoor deck for meals, games, and relaxing. There are many indoor and outdoor games. It was easy to get to Yosemite National Park for visits. The Big Oak Flat entrance gate is about a 40-minute drive, which is about as close as you can get when staying outside of the park.

perfect family stay!

we absolutely loved our stay here! beautiful setting and lovely and comfortable home. loved our dinners on the deck and our time in the hot tub after our days in yosemite—it was the perfect place for us! our kids are teenagers now and they still loved their upstairs hideaway, but if you have little ones, they would love the teepee and the upstairs area! so cute! we cook a lot when traveling. and the kitchen had everything we needed. highly recommend!

Great Yosemite Home Base

Our family of 4 with 2 college-aged children stayed here during a multi-day visit to Yosemite NP. The house is within a gated community. We actually saw more deer within the community than we did at Yosemite! Inside, the house is plenty spacious and well designed. There is a huge deck that seems private as a result of all the trees surrounding the property. While we spent our days at the park, there is no shortage of fun things to do at the house including enjoying the deck, playing outdoor pool or bags, relaxing in the hot tub or playing the table arcade game in the loft area. We would definitely stay here again if we're again in the area.

Perfect Yosemite trip for the fam

The home was perfectly set up to host our large family. It was clean and the wooden backyard was lovely. Ample firewood was provided and Jeff was great about communication. A gem and only 35 min to park entrance! My kids were happy campers! The string lighting at night on the deck was the perfect touch! Will come back for sure.

Wonderful Oasis Near Yosemite

We had a tremendous time at this property. Something for every age. The hot-tub was great for soaking sore muscles after a long hike. The toys and Playstation upstairs are a great spot for kids. And the bags set made for whole-family fun on the secluded deck with a great view of nature. Jeff was always helpful to answer our questions and quick to respond. The owners have also compiled a helpful list of things to do and places to eat around Groveland. Much recommended!

Perfect Lake Retreat

We loved our stay at this peaceful cabin! The deck was a wonderful place to rest and enjoy the surrounding forest, the hot tub perfect after long days hiking. Everything was in working order, clean, and comfortable. We had a group of ages 13-77 and everyone enjoyed the space. We had a bit of a longer drive to Yosemite due to road closures, but even with that it was the perfect place for our rest days. The hosts were very helpful when we had a bit of a mishap with our rental car, which was appreciated as it allowed us to enjoy our vacation. Definitely recommend and will likely return!

Breathe in tranquility

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the spaciousness and comfort of this vacation home. Relaxing weekend in Groveland

The house was perfect for our needs and the owner was very communicative and accommodating. The place is quiet and the large deck was great for hanging out with our friends. The grill could have used a little more cleaning and the hot tub had some sand in it, but it wasn't a big deal. There was one window in need of repair that was covered with cardboard, but that was more of an eye sore than a problem. Would be a perfect place to come back with my kids! The upstairs was a great place for kids to hang out. I would definitely return! Thank you for everything.

Perfect family getaway house!

We got lucky when we chose this house-- we could barely see neighbors to the right and left and our view off the deck was just woods. We had a family of deer visit us every morning while we had our coffee! The hosts have kids entertainment in mind and ours took advantage of the games, magnatiles, video games, and cornhole. They loved their little loft beds too! The kitchen was well-appointed and it was so nice to have the grill outside. Bring your white noise makers if you stay here with kids who need to go to bed before the adults. You can hear everything happening in the main part of the house from their spot in the lofted area. Otherwise, we can't compliment this house and it's owners enough!

Great spot for a family and friends getaway

Wonderful property. We stayed for 5 days - two families staying together. Everything is really clean here and in very good condition. The separate loft space is great for the kids to have their own area while also being close by. Nice touches throughout - lots of clean towels for the hot tub (which works well and is super clean) and games of pool and cornhole outside were a blast. Less than an hour to Yosemite entrance, about 90 minutes from the valley floor.

Beautiful home in quiet area within gated community close to town

This home/community fit the bill for a quick family golf weekend. The golf course is within the community minutes away and the hot tub was perfect after a day on the course. The food at the golf club was great as well.

Labor day chill

We had a great couple of days during labor day weekend, everything was easy to check in and communication was fast and easy. One minute thing was there were used keurig cups, as opposed to new ones in the coffee rack, but that did not take away the fact that our little one did not want to leave with the setup being very amazing for him. Thanks for letting us stay with you!

Sweet spot: as represented

House provided exactly what was described and expected. Everything worked. Convenient location w/access to Pine Mountain Lake recreational activities/options. We had a surprisingly superior dinner at the Grill at the golf course. One hour straight shot to Yosemite, we went there on two out of our four days. Don't forget you need a permit to enter Yosemite w/a vehicle; order ahead. Lastly, I suggest avoiding Rush Creek Lodge.

Beautiful escape close to Yosemite

We had a great stay at this house. It had everything we needed to entertain adults as well as children 3 and 12 years old. It was about an hour drive to Yosemite. The host was quick at responding to the wifi issue we had and accommodated us with our requests. The beds were very comfortable and the jacuzzi was great! Thank you!
