Great (cozy) property, great location

The property is situated in a ski in ski out area. There is a pedestrian gondola 100m away that can take you to Croisette and the main area. The accommodation is well equipped! Thanks for a great stay/holiday!

Außen hui… innen teilweise pfui!

Die tollen Bilder erwecken die Illusion eines hochwertigen Mietobjekts. Leider ist die Einrichtung in keinem guten Zustand, insbesondere die Kücheneinrichtung ist unvollständig und teilweise nicht nutzbar. Z.b. hat die Mikrowelle kurz nach dem Einschalten extremen Rauch und Gestank entwickelt, weil das Gerät nicht anständig gesäubert wurde. Es waren nur zwei Weingläser vorhanden. Keine Schöpfkelle. Der Kühlschrank ist alt und undicht. Und vieles mehr. Auf Meldung bei der Agence kam keine Antwort. Die Endreinigung hätte noch einmal 80 Euro gekostet. Für eine Wohnung für über 1800 Euro die Woche hätten wir uns eine bessere Ausstattung und einen besseren Service gewünscht.

Manque de confort !!

Logement situé au rez de chaussée avec accès direct aux pistes et déco campagnarde très sympa MAIS... duplex avec une très mauvaise répartition de la chaleur, nous crevions de chaud dans les chambres situées à l'étage et par contre impossible d'être vraiment bien dans le salon où nous étions limite à greloter après notre journée de ski, l'unique radiateur de la pièce de vie mis pourtant à fond ! Par ailleurs d'autres choses à revoir, comme une porte de meuble de cuisine qui ne tenait plus, la cafetière Nespresso HS, une latte du clic-clac cassé le rendant bien inconfortable s'il l'on voulait se reposer (devant la télé ou pas), ainsi que des bancs, très jolis et typiques certes mais pareil pas confortables du tout. Et puis, lors de notre séjour nous avons eu une panne d'eau chaude qui a duré presque deux jours, tout l'immeuble en a souffert d'ailleurs, vous imaginez de ne pas pouvoir se réchauffer sous une bonne douche après avoir eu bien froid, vraiment je ne suis pas prête d'oublier... Bref, la résidence Caron on nous y verra plus !
