Chalet, classified 4 *, 175 m2 which can accommodate 12 people per week.
Martine and Frédéric offer you an individual chalet in the Heart of the Mountains. This new chalet combines wood and modernity, ideal for holidays with family or friends.
Located between the resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand, on the heights of Saint Jean de Sixt, you will appreciate the calm and the beautiful unobstructed view of the mountains.
In winter, you can fully enjoy activities such as downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing ...
In summer, you will be at the start of many hiking or mountain biking circuits. Nearby, outdoor activities will be offered (aquatic area, tennis courts, golf, tree climbing, paint ball, via ferrata ...).

Your rental consists of two floors.
Ground floor:
   - a cloakroom equipped with shoe dryers and a washer-dryer.
- a fully equipped kitchen open to a dining room
   - a bedroom with a double bed (160)

Wonderful vacation

We had a lovely time at Chalet des Montagnes. The chalet is very comfortable and has everything you will need. The hot tub and the sauna were much appreciated as well as the well-equipped kitchen. Martine and Frederick had booklets explaining how all the appliances worked, both in French and in English, which were extremely helpful.

Beautiful chalet for a weekend away!

We had such a great long weekend at the chalet. The kitchen and living area was very spacious and we were able to have great dinners there! The view from the terrace was spectacular. We were also able to enjoy the surroundings and go on a beautiful hike up into the mountains, just 10 minutes away from the home. The town is also very close which was convenient for last minute groceries! Thank you again for welcoming us into your home.

Wonderful!

We were a group of 12 friends that spend a wonderful week in this lovely chalet. Martine and her husband welcomed us very warmly and were always available if we needed help. For example, one of our group managed to mess with the controls of the Whirlpool so that it didn't heat up properly anymore and I just send a quick text message and the problem got fixed immediately. The chalet is nicely equipped and spacious! We loved the open kitchen, that is really well equipped for a rental home (good pans, induction stove etc). The downstairs with the big sauna, lounge, TV Room and Whirlpool outside was obviously very appreciated. I would love to be back next year!

Séjour parfait au ski en famille

Nous avons séjourné au chalet lors de notre semaine de ski.Deux familles avec adolescents.Location idéale à proximité du village et des stations.Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et de très bons conseils.Les équipements du chalet sont tous bien adaptés et de bonne qualité.Le sauna et le jaccuzi après une journée de ski étaient parfaits.

Parfaites et reposantes

Quel plaisir de rester 2 semaines en plein été dans cette maison en excellent état. Avec 3 ados/jeune adultes, nous avons profité pleinement de tous les avantages et activités de la région, et de toutes les prestations de très hautes qualités qu’offre la maison (Jacuzzi, ping Ping, home cinéma, sauna). Nous recommandons les yeux fermés et merci encore aux hôtes de cette maison, toujours attentionnés et disponibles. Des vacances parfaites.

Location magnifique à la hauteur de toutes nos attentes et totalement conforme au descriptif de l'annonce !! Formidable chalet pour des retrouvailles familiales. Tout est pensé et conçu pour faire plaisir aux occupants. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, très à l’écoute. Vue magnifique sur la chaîne des Aravis, environnement très bucolique, et pourtant le chalet est hyper bien situé, près de la Clusaz et du Grand Bornant. A recommander sans réserve !!!

Un super séjour entre amis & famille

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce chalet: nous étions 6 adultes et 6 enfants et tout le monde a profité de l’espace loisirs en bas et du terrain de la propriété. Le chalet est très cosy, fonctionnel avec de très belles prestations et l’ambiance paisible. Merci pour votre accueil et vos conseils, et merci pour les bons produits locaux que nous avons découvert à notre arrivée ! Nous avons aussi apprécié la proximité avec le joli village de La Clusaz (activités, commerce, marché…), bref toutes les conditions étaient réunies pour passer de très bonnes vacances !!! Au plaisir de revenir, pourquoi pas en hiver ;)

Une semaine repos/sports/jeux en famille

Chalet parfaitement adapté, tout est pensé dans le moindre détail pour un séjour au top : cuisine très bien conçue et parfaitement équipée. Terrasse face à la montagne et grandes tables, propreté impeccable, accueil et conseils, salle de jeu, sauna et jacuzzi super agréables. Un seul (tout petit) bémol pour les geeks, le fonctionnement du wifi n'est pas optimal partout. Mais toutes les générations, des grands parents aux jeunes enfants ont adoré ce séjour.

Séjour magnifique !

C’est la 1iere fois que nous venions dans ce chalet, mais nous espérons que ce ne sera pas la dernière . Nous étions en famille pour la coupe du monde de biathlon (10 personnes) Magnifique chalet, parfaitement agencé dans lequel il ne manque rien. Spacieux, chaleureux, mention spéciale pour l espace détente plus qu agréable en rez de jardin. On se sent mieux qu’à la maison. Les propriétaires sont adorables et savent accueillir. Ils ont répondu à toutes nos questions quant à l’organisation de notre séjour. (Location de matériel, navettes de bus…) merci encore pour tout! Bref un séjour sous le signe du bonheur

Une semaine très agréable.

Chalet récent, équipé de matériel moderne et de qualité. Par ailleurs, la présence d'une table de ping-pong et d'un baby-foot est très appréciée, que ce soit par les enfants ou les adultes... L'accueil par les propriétaires est chaleureux. On sent une grande écoute de leur part. Si cela nous est possible, nous y retournerons volontiers !

Wunderschön!

Sonniges Wetter und ein wunderbares Feriendomizil, das nichts an sich fehlen ließ, haben uns unvergessliche Tage in den Bergen verbringen lassen und 4 Generationen unter einem Dach vereint. Ob für die Jüngsten in unserer Familie oder für unserer fast 88-jährige Uroma, für alle war der Aufenthalt einfach nur perfekt (ein Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Bad barrierefrei erreichbar) und wird in allerbester Erinnerung bleiben. Ein sehr gepflegtes Ensemble, alles war liebevoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr hochwertig, vielseitig und dazu noch sehr umfangreich, so dass der Geschirrspüler benutzt werden konnte, ohne dass man zwischenzeitlich auf sauberes Geschirr verzichten musste. Die verschiedensten Küchengeräte, ganz viel Stauraum und große Arbeitsflächen in der Küche erleichtern zudem das Kochen für viele Leute. Für alle die gerne im Freien Grillen noch die Info, dass auch dort ein Grillstand vorhanden ist. Zur Begrüßung empfing uns das sehr freundliche Vermieter-Ehepaar mit einer tollen Überraschung aus typisch einheimischen Leckereien im Kühlschrank. Sie selbst bewohnen ein Haus im Grundstück nebenan, so dass der persönliche Kontakt bei Fragen und dergleichen ganz unkompliziert möglich war. Hier nochmals ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön aus Deutschland an die Familie Lorion und eine Empfehlung an alle Reiselustigen, die Wert auf einen qualitativ hochwertige Unterkunft legen!
