Contemporary Adobe centrally located in walking distance to everything
Serenity in South Capital is truly rare. A contemporary home with floor to ceiling windows in a ‘country’ setting. Walking distance to Santa Fe Plaza, Railyard and Farmer’s Market. Completely quiet, serene and secluded. We see deer often. The private patio has mountain views and a fire pit to cozy up to during the evening. This is a unique place to find your peace and tranquility.

We had a very nice stay. House is contemporary with lots of natural light. Beds were comfortable. Close to both old town and newer industrial part of town. Would stay again.
Great trip to Santa Fe! Location was close to all the restaurants, shopping, art galleries and museum. Hosts were very responsive and attentive. Would not hesitate to return. We were also glad to see a snow flurry on Christmas Day!
We had a great stay in this quiet location. The unit was well appointed and extremely clean. We only wish we had more warm days during our stay so we could enjoy the patio more.
We were very happy with our accommodation choice for our stay last week in Santa Fe. This casita is both beautiful and comfortable, with lovely art and details throughout. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful and we enjoyed our morning coffee while sitting on the patio. The location is convenient making it easy to walk to many destinations. The hosts were gracious and touched base with us on arrival day to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a five star stay!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at this awesome home. The house is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and all of the furniture and beds are very comfortable. The large soaking tub and premium bath products made the stay even more enjoyable.
The property is about a 5 minute drive to all of the places you want to get to in Santa Fe, the Plaza, Railyard, Canyon Rd and many great restaurants.
The property is in a quiet road with a large backyard and open property with a nice view. We were visited by Deer, Birds and other wildlife.
The hosts were easy to reach, and everything we needed was thought of before we arrived.
We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Santa Fe!
My wife and I stayed here for two full weeks so we had a chance to really settle in, and I can honestly say there the house is almost perfect. I was surprised by the spacious closet attached to the bathroom, which was very welcome indeed. The patio is lovely and we ate many meals outside. If I had to find something to criticize, I would be hard pressed - the only thing I can think of is that while the house had both a Kourig machine and an espresso machine, there wasn't a simple drip coffee maker. The fact that I can't think of anything more substantial to complain about should say it all!
This house is adorable!! The owners clearly care about their property and take pride in every detail. Coffee in a pinch? Keurig. Coffee aficionado? Espresso maker and pour over options exist. The bathroom supplies were excellent. Beds were super comfortable - firm with soft pillows and fluffy comforter. The live plants added a healthful detail. It was also tastefully decorated with quality art and a lava lamp! Would be delighted to stay again!
We enjoyed our stay at the Mod house! It was beautifully decorated and so peaceful! Our favorite part was enjoying dinner on the patio with our family. Check in was seemless and so easy! We cannot wait to come back!!
Wow!!!! This is such a great house. The art work is so cool and we loved the kitchen with the retro green appliances. It had everything we needed and is exactly as in the pictures. We loved staying here for our vacation and it had plenty of room for our family of 4. Excellent location! Just down from all the shopping and restaurants, but it felt secluded and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The owners took care in picking all the finest linens and towels. Even the toiletries were nice. We enjoyed coming home to this house after being out all day exploring the town and we would definitely stay here again. Shera was awesome. She responded promptly. You basically have your own private concierge. If you’re on the fence about where to stay in Santa Fe, look no further abs just book it. You will be so happy you did!
Great house - one can tell it was furnished by a real artist. We stayed a week and we're still finding new treasures by the time we left. And, the outdoor grill actually worked! Not always the case in house rentals...
We loved the style of this house, especially the art. It was quite comfortable as well and covenient. We ordered takeaway food for our dinners and all of the restaurants we chose were quite close, especially Paper Dosa. We particularly liked the back patio because there is nice shade in the evening for outdoor dining. I would just note that the kitchen was missing a few small items that were listed in the description. Not a big deal, but I prepared in anticipation of those items being there.
This is a lovely large home perfect for a romantic getaway for two. Mid-century modern decor is comfortable, the bed is amazing, and the kitchen works well. We loved being able to walk into town and to the fantastic Restaurant Martin.
We truly loved our time at Mod Seville. The windows allow in so much light. The furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We spent more time indoors than expected due to some weather issues, so appreciated the comfort and brightness of the home. Cannot say enough good things. We highly recommend. We have rented many homes and this one is way up the list for award winning in our book.
We couldn't have picked a more perfect place to stay in Santa Fe. Modern amenities without sacrificing the unique flavor of the high desert. A glass wall facing east, allowing you to watch the sunrise over the hills. (If you're an early riser) A short walk to a lovely french patisserie. An outdoor space that felt expansive, yet was tucked into a neighborhood. Staying here was a treat and we said it aloud to each other every single day we were here.
We loved staying here, it is beautiful and well cared for.
